Worst experience that's not worth your nerves and stress!
Management didn't greet us during check-in or check-out. No one was ever at the accommodation. Got threatened by owner and felt violated — for an issue that was solely their fault! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Bad management and communication between Booking. Com and owner.

Worst experience ever after traveling over 40 countries in the past 20 years! Your nerves and stress are not worth the stay at this place!
Non existent management who did not greet us during check-in or check-out. No one was ever at the accommodation, so after we left when I was getting threat messages from the B&B I was shocked. They threatened to report me to police for not paying for the stay. I paid with Booking. Com when making reservation. So to get threats because they were never at the accommodation and forgot to get personal details and city tax is outrageous! Bad management, organisation and communication between Booking. Com and the owner of the accommodation.

Cool place, near city center so you can go around walking and good value for money.
Room is clean and host Bože is very friendly and pleasant! 😁
Also is comfortable and you have cute small breakfast in the morning.
For sure we will be back in future if we need stay in Zagreb again!
