➜ In principle, very beautiful & clean Apartments in a perfect Location right on the Marina! Also, the staff is — again in principle — very friendly. However, I have 2 tiny complaints: 1. ) According to our reservation (online) at a cost of a night our room 60€/that offset you wanted the night to us, but 100€/. After submission of the booking confirmation, this misunderstanding could be cleared up, but without the complications! Errors can happen; the important point is that you have to fix these understand&. Therefore, there is no ⭐ awesome deduction for this! 2. ) Online we booked a room with a balcony & 2 single beds. The balcony was not what was relatively no matter. However, there was instead of the single beds is a romantic 1 1/2 four-poster bed for 2. For fresh a dream, for my colleagues & me are not in Love for sure but so much. Since a transfer was not due to the full occupancy of the Aparthotel's possible, have accepted, we. For this purpose, I would peel off the surface it is at least 3 to 4 ⭐ love it. & any of the respective accommodation advise. But apart from this something gone bad booking really otherwise everything was perfect (& I am convinced that these errors were not exceptions to the rule & we just a little unlucky), there's only 2 ⭐ awesome deduction!

Bed slats were broken which caused one side of mattress to completely sink down (this was easily visible to any staff who had made bed prior to our arrival) had to stay in room with no balcony or sea view that we had paid for. Did get partial refund after explaining price difference between rooms — no refund was offered — we had to push for money back Apartment with balcony was decent size. The whole trip was completely ruined due to the fact that apartments are directly above a busy restaurant/ bar with loud music on all night — were not warned of this when booking — completely unacceptable. Bathroom toiletries (small shower gels) were not changed before our arrival — clearly been used.
