Beautiful building updated to a true 5-star hotel located in the best part of Dubrovnik with an excellent wait staff. World-class service by Nick and "Mr. T" in the beautiful bar as they prepared perfect martinis and great conversation. No better place to stay for location, quality of the facility, and service than the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik in Croatia.

My room is beyond fabulous! At least 18’ ceilings and a bathroom to die for.

Amazing place. The only suggestion would be to remodel pool area! Other than that the place is magical. The service is superb. No complaints.

Nice hotel but staffs are permanently unavailable, and they are unfriendly, and tend to us COVID 19 as an excuse not to serve you. Main restaurant and swimming pool are shut down. Executive-club has no service but soft drinks, but the hotel doesn’t even bother to try to offer some alternative to guests.

Simply the best, close to the old town.

Stayed in the hotel last Nov 2019 for 9 days and was satisfied with the services. Very near Pile Gate the entrance of the walled city about 5 minutes walk, near bus stops and it has parking for visitors.
Clean rooms and also breakfast is awesome. The staff had been helpful with questions. Satisfied with my stay there and would definitely recommend it.
One day if I go back with family would definitely stay there again. Ellen from Canada.

One of the best Hilton properties we have stayed so far. Literally feet away from the old city with gorgeous view. Super friendly staff (Mia from front desk, Iva & Bruno from the F&B and the concierge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Met Ms. Martina in the lobby one day and she was very warm and friendly. My kids love this place and want to come back again!

The hotel is lovely, the staff are very warm and friendly and the location is excellent. The food is also great. All in all I don’t think you could stay any where nicer in Dubrovnik.

Lovely chilled hotel walking distance to old city, great staff service. Historic main building, although the new block is a bit sterile looking but good sized rooms.

We were in the lobby bar for a drink and food, even 2 times on our holiday. Super good food and drinks! Since it is difficult to find something reasonable in Dubrovnik, and everything is overpriced, then in the hotel the prices are not higher than outside in the city and the quality is raised standards. Really recommended, even without overnight stay!

What an impressive staff and wonderful experience we had this week. From the warm welcome, and extra special treatment we received for our anniversary, we just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service.

Staff were excellent throughout. Guestroom was beautiful and breakfast selection vast and varied. Location can't be beaten, 60 second walk from Pile Gate. Decadent and well worth a stay.

If there were six stars, this hotel would earn them. It is less than two minutes walking from the city walls and it has parking. It has great Wi-Fi, elevators, AC, fitness center, a pool, sauna, steam rooms, spa, and other amenities. The service is also great. 100% recommended! The breakfast buffet is amazing. It has an egg station, Waffles, cereals, breads, amazing fruit, boiled and grill veggies, bacon, prosciutto, smoked salmon, etc…

The perfect luxury hotel for those visiting Dubrovnik. The hotel is steeped in history and close to the Old Town and transport is not an issue at all. Ideally located. Recently renovated. Excellent customer service. The food there was amazing. The customer service official at the Concierge was very good and gave us such in depth useful information which helped us a lot planning our trip. All in all, great place to stay. Highly recommended.

A positively delightful stay! Can't say with how much we enjoyed the Imperial… from the super friendly staff, to the impeccable room, and the perfect location in town, to the to-die-for view of old town, it was all-around wonderful. I would be amiss not to mention the incredible breakfast, truly a spread fit for a king. Oh, and the icing on the cake, an amazing upgrade to the presidential suite. We couldn't have been more pleased with every detail. Thank you!

This is the place to blow your points! It was the first hotel in Dubrovnik and they are very proud of it. Comfortable beds, relaxing executive lounge that serves breakfast and dinner (worth the extra), and I cannot say enough about the staff. From great advice on where to eat to indulging us in selfies, they could not have been nicer or more professional! Only downside is pool is indoor and the walk to the Old Town seems a bit risky because of the crazy drivers but otherwise superb place — — hope to come back some day!

Excellent hotel situated just outside the old town, hence in a quieter and less busy part of town. All the sights and restaurants in the Old Town are still within walking distance.

Service and surroundings in the executive lounge were also terrific. The pool, sauna and steam room were great. We only had dinner in the restaurant one evening, but the food was very well prepared and of course the service was on point. Even the car service to and from the airport was flawless.

Good location to see the old city but almost everything in there is a tourist trap be prepared to pay 3 times more than usual for food drinks and the city walls and anything in between.

A newly refurbished delightful hotel which deserves a 5 star rating. The hotel is situated a few minutes away from Grad (the old town). I met welcoming staff (reception, concierge, house keeping and waiters). There was also an ample selection of items for breakfast including freshly made omeletes, pancakes and waffles to start the day on a good note. A great selection of healthy options as well. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights however the experience was amazing. It has also very good conference facilities and a good assortment of nibbles during coffee breaks. The room was very comfortable and luxurous. A delightful experience in the quiet city of Dubrovnik.

Location! Location! There is not better place to stay in Dubrovnik that Hilton Imperial. Sometimes Old City is too crowded during the day due to cruise ships that we preferred to go at night. Hilton is just steps from the entrance of the old town so that you can go as many times as you want. Customer service is amazing, you feel like home! …
The view from the executive lounge OMG! Wine, food, omg! The breakfast was excellent, great quality and taste of food. Even mimosas were available! One of my favorites Hilton hotels so far! You guys are awesome.

Awesome! Two thumbs up. Our room was upgraded and got access to the executive lounge. Everyone was very helpful and helped us with every little single thing that you can imagine. Breakfast was great, concierge the best I have ever had, luggage service great, front desk very helpful, and the city is so romantic.
Can’t thank enough to everyone at the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik, you made us feel home!

We went to the hotel restaurant on a Friday night where the barbecue Buffet (BBQ night) was offered. We were absolutely delighted: a wide choice of fresh produce, quality prepared dishes (salads, garnishes, desserts). In addition, the chef advised us for the fish, the meat that he served us copiously and above all perfectly cooked! In conclusion a nice terrace, a staff to listen and attentive, a very good kitchen with a great value for money for Dubrovnik!

Perfect stay. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Very luxurious. Walking distance to one town's pile gate, but still quite secluded and calm. Not noisy at all. Great breakfast. Indoor pool and sundeck.

We had an absolutely perfect stay here! The service at breakfast was amazing, with someone always checking to see if you need anything, and even offering advice on what to see while you're in town! Friendly, but not overbearing. Service and surroundings in the executive lounge were also terrific. The pool, sauna and steam room were great. We only had dinner in the restaurant one evening, but the food was very well prepared and of course the service was on point. Even the car service to and from the airport was flawless. Our one week visit was nothing but enjoyable. We only have a few photos from taken from our balcony of our room.

We had the best stay at this hotel twice great staff great rooms great views and wow food is fantastic great prices and all right next to the old city. We recommend if you haven't do it if you have do it again thanks to Patricia and team @ Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik!

Lovely hotel in Dubrovnik great end to our stay in Croatia. Location is so close to the old town where a great place to roam around. Rooms are a great size, lovely friendly staff & pool & steam room a bonus to detox from new year partying in the old town where we were entertained by Jole for 2.5hrs.

Beautiful place, great location, everything you're paying for is delivered except … Seriously? After paying the price tag for a luxury experience you're going to try to extort more by charging for Wi-Fi access in the room? Incomprehensible as a business practice in this day and age, especially from a luxury facility. Let's you know exactly what the hotel's priorities are and how guests are viewed.

Stayed 1 night at Hilton Dubrovnik. It's 7 minute walk to the main Dubrovnik city wall. It has 2 wings, the main and the annexe. Some rooms on thr main wings offers great view of the Adriatic Sea. It's really spectacular. It has good selection of hot breakfast. Wi-Fi is free at the lobby, chargeable for room use. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful front desk agents. Walking distance (7 minutes) to the eating, pubbing, drinking, shopping outlets.

Nice staff, beautiful building and room, and good location. But I'm dissapointed that same breakfast is served everyday.

One of the best hotels in town. The staff is excellent and were very attentive to my group. The hotel upgraded our room free of charge which was wonderful. This made the experience very nice. The bedroom was standard and very clean. The beds are firm which is what I like. The views from the hotel of the city are breath taking. The breakfast is well worth it. There is an American breakfast, Japanese breakfast and meats and cheeses. The omelette station was my favorite. There is a pool and gym here.

It is right next to old city and excellent service. I think this Hilton gave me the best service ever.

To be clear, we didn't actually stay at the Hilton — — but we arrived to pick up our rental car and stayed for the most enjoyable, 2-hour brunch for about $20 a person. Very kind and professional staff, courteous, joyful, and helpful. I look forward to returning.

Everything was just perfect. The ultra-clean room with the balcony showing off the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. The Executive Room with access to the Executive Lounge with someone constantly available for every question you might have to ask. You pay the price, but it is worth it.

Dubrovnik is one of the most charming cities and Hilton Imperial is situated near the Old Town, perfectly for exploring all of the important areas. It's an old building which brings the magic of the history. My room had a lovely little balcony, facing the sea, very bright and cheery. Overall the hotel is an oasis of calm and peace, my next stay there will be definitely longer.
