Beautiful building updated to a true 5-star hotel located in the best part of Dubrovnik with an excellent wait staff. World-class service by Nick and "Mr. T" in the beautiful bar as they prepared perfect martinis and great conversation. No better place to stay for location, quality of the facility, and service than the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik in Croatia.

Great hotel & staff, close to the old town.

Amazing place. The only suggestion would be to remodel pool area! Other than that the place is magical. The service is superb. No complaints.

Nice hotel but staffs are permanently unavailable, and they are unfriendly, and tend to us COVID 19 as an excuse not to serve you. Main restaurant and swimming pool are shut down. Executive-club has no service but soft drinks, but the hotel doesn’t even bother to try to offer some alternative to guests.

Stayed in the hotel last Nov 2019 for 9 days and was satisfied with the services. Very near Pile Gate the entrance of the walled city about 5 minutes walk, near bus stops and it has parking for visitors.
Clean rooms and also breakfast is awesome. The staff had been helpful with questions. Satisfied with my stay there and would definitely recommend it.

Out of the main road and not that well marked. Loads of stairs. Very basic. Breakfast arrangements like a military barracks canteen and food of limited range served too early. Rooms too hot. Clean bedding. Staff not very friendly and welcoming. Somewhat disappointed with the stay.

Hostel well located, close to the centre and with beaches nearby. Decent breakfast included in the price and nice terrace. As issues, emphasizing the have to go down two floors to take a shower and the little size of the rooms 5 attached to the little ventilation up the temperature of the room to numbers mere mortals (however it had a fan that improved dramatically). In summary it is not perfect, but quite recommended.

The only thing great is the location. No air conditioning or fan. Without plugs. The Wi-Fi does not work. We charge you 2 euros x day x not to be member of the Hostel. Only on the first floor there are showers, (2) and are not well organized. On each floor there is only a single toilet except in the first 2. There is No security any q the parts remain open all the time. In order in order to pay less go to this Hostel.

We paid about 23€ per person per night. We were in a room of 4 bunk beds. The hostel is air-conditioned in common areas but not the rooms, the beds are too small so be careful if you are tall. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is. The 2 nights have gone very well.

Is a very basic hostel, breakfast is poor and in general is not so clean, I found a bedbug in my bed and they offer me change to another room, this last one was clean, I can add that is not any place to cook something. The good things are that it's just 4 beds by room and is close to the old town and the shopping area.

Aside from the very friendly staff, I'd say this hostel needs to be revamped. It has a lot of potential, but they could improve the internet and the breakfast that is served. Also, they have a general area but looks very shady and no one goes there. So, I'd say you can stay there, but don't expect a lively hostel.

My worst hostel so far! Unbearable heat in August, no air conditioning in the tiny 6-people rooms but just a fan. So we had to let the door open to receive fresh air from the common areas. As it is noisy (big hostel and disrespectful guests) and light turns on automatically, it was impossible to sleep. Just 2 plugs for the room, and one already used by the fan. Inacceptable for a 6-people room! Fortunately the breakfast was included…

It is kind of far from the city center (about 20 min walking), and the rooms feel like somehow claustrophobic. The breakfast is OK, doesn't have much to offer though. It is more or less cheap (20€ a night), but I don't think I would come again if I went back to Dubrovnik. For one or two nights it is OK.

Please never stay here. Filled with bed bugs. Photo attached is from one night stay in this place. When we asked them in the morning she said sorry and gave us 50% off. Your having a lend.

What you'd expect from a basic hostel in an expensive, touristy area. Walk to old town is about 25 minutes, supermarket and basic bars are very close. The hostel is hot, very warm in the rooms. Breakfast is only for 1 hour which is annoying, and is basic, coffee not good. Room is well equipped, table chair, balcony, clean linnens and secure large locker. Staff is helpful and friendly. Facilities are generally clean and what you can expect.

It's pretty bad. 3 showers for maybe 60 beds. 1 power point per 4 people. Toilet locks dont work. Noisy disrespectful guests and staff. Wifi doesn't wwork. Roomsdeathly hot over the summer with only a tiny fan to cool. Oddly enough the corridors all have multiple air-conditioning. Stupid and wasteful. Don't come here.

Good place for young people, just rooms for 5 people, then unbearable heat in the rooms and only put a fan, and in the room of 5 only 4 lockers and two plugs and as one this position the fan is another unique plug, showers and bathrooms in Good condition and friendly reception.

A very quiet place though something away from the center if you don't like to walk around a bit. The rooms (I was in a 4 person) are somewhat uncomfortable, because they do not have plugs for all and are somewhat warm, although they have a spacious locker. The system to leave the room key (1 per room! ) at reception is somewhat uncomfortable. The common area of the terrace is very nice! Breakfast is adequate and adds up. The kitchen is somewhat small but serves to cook something fast. The showers are comfortable and adequate in quantity.

Safe, clean and cheap acommodation.

In a nutshell: You get what you pay for.

We had the best stay at this hotel twice great staff great rooms great views and wow food is fantastic great prices and all right next to the old city. We recommend if you haven't do it if you have do it again thanks to Patricia and team @ Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik!

Lovely hotel in Dubrovnik great end to our stay in Croatia. Location is so close to the old town where a great place to roam around. Rooms are a great size, lovely friendly staff & pool & steam room a bonus to detox from new year partying in the old town where we were entertained by Jole for 2.5hrs.

Inexpensive but very average place to stay. The building itself wasn't anything imposant, but at least the rooms vere clean and for the money adequate.
