One of the best vacation hotels we've ever stayed at! our room was very clean and had a great view! Wonderful breakfast buffet and staff is so accommodating. Would love to come stay here again!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff… Excellent location for exploring Dubrovnik. Ten minute bus ride into the old city from bus stop right outside the hotel. Busses run every 20-30 minutes… Prices reasonable for a 5 star hotel.

Fabulous surroundings and extremely attentive, personable staff. Stunning views, indoor and outdoor pools and spa facilities. Choice of restaurants to suit all and they accommodate dietary requirements. Short walk to Lapad, and only 10 mins to old Dubrovnik. 30 mins from the airport. No need to hire a car as the no4 bus stops outside. The hotel also has their own private drivers for airport transfers. Extremely COVID-19 safe, all staff abide by the rules and wear masks and gloves. We will be back.

It has spacious rooms and great bath products and a good view of the sea … A nice pool to swim or play and a few restaurants. The service is great too.

The room is clean, conveniently furnished, with a pleasant view from the window. I liked the kitchen with variety. The staff is doing a good job. Staying here is fully disposed to rest and relaxation.

Lovely hotel, great views from every room. Swimming pool was great and excellent sea access. Drinks are fairly expensive but it's a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. The spa facilities were a big plus, the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all included with your stay.

Good hotel, delicious breakfasts, the sea is beautiful and clean. I recommend special shoes to enter the sea.

We used this as a basis to explore Dubrovnic and for this it is perfect. 15 minutes by bus to and from the old town — the no 4 bus stops right outside the hotel. On the days we chose to laze about, the hotel had all we could ask for. I even played a couple of games of tennis. Great time there and we will not hesitate to come back.

Excellent hotel, very clean, bright and shining. Personnel is very kind and welcoming with big smile during services they offer. I would highly recommend the hotel. Bus line to the center is frequent and taxi/uber coverage is good. It's very calm as well, so one can enjoy sun, pool and books. Restaurant has fresh food always, I advice using full-board so that food is included in the package, otherwise food is super-over-priced if not full package.

Hotel Dubrovnik Palace is an excellent hotel and I definitely enjoyed my stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. Private beach and pool area offer amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Food and bar were also great. Room service was very fast and efficient through automated ordering on the in room TV. There is a bus that takes you directly into the Old Town and it is right across from the hotel and runs every 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik wanting a relaxing and fun vacation!

Hotel very clean with excellent facilities. Room service is good. Location is first class with all rooms having a balcony with views across the Adriatic. Like all of Dubrovnik, the prices charged for all drinks from water to alcohol are ridiculous as are the prices for food. It would be cheaper to eat and drink in London, Paris or new York. The breakfast at the hotel is very good with a wide choice. The evening meal is disappointing. The food offered is good but the choice is poor for an hotel with, 5 stars. Dubrovnik is a wonderful place but overcrowded. The bus service is good value with buses running every 15 minutes. No hair dryer supplied, nowhere to put the soap in the shower and no extractor fan. A place to visit in life.

We are spending our honeymoon in Croatia. For 3 nights we stayed at this hotel and absolutely love it! Stunning hotel with spectacular views from the room balcony, the dining area, the pool area. Every part of the hotel has a 5 star service and feel to it. All the staff are also very welcoming and helpful. We spent the whole 3 days discovering Dubrovnik old town and got Uber's to and from the hotel, only costing us 70kn per trip. Perfect location for us and when we return one day we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Top hotel really top location. Beautiful rooms Clean, all room facing the see, the privet beach of the hotel is amazing, everything made from rocks. Plenty of place to sit In The sun We always had sunbeds on the beach. The stuff is very very polite and helpful. Is 10 min drive from the old city. The bus stopping every 15 min just easy and great organized. Just a beautiful place for your holiday, and definitely I will come back still this year!

Grand resort impersonal with high level of services.

Can't think about another better place to stay in Dubrovnik for a relaxing holiday trip. The room we booked face the sea and it's clean, quiet and pretty. N4 bus go straight to the old town in 15 mins, Location is good. We tried the buffet in the hotel and it was really good with reasonable price. The best but not the least, no need to running around trying to find a point to see the sunset, grab a seat around the outdoor beach front with a cocktail, enjoy your quality private time with your partner/family/friend, I'd say it's the most enjoyable time.

A very nice hotel in quiet camp. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop, which can be reached in a short way to the old town. The hotel is very modern, with spacious rooms and also very clean. The view is magnificent. Food and service without deductions. Thank you very much.

The location is Bombatisch, no Verkahrslärm, right in front of the hotel shine the Elaphitischen islands in the sun. Very well maintained, good food.

5* hotel with sea view and large rooms. Swimming pools in and outside. Tennis courts. Park to walk or run around. On the sea front but no beach. Quiet at the end of a bus route. Good breakfast. Food and drinks on the expensive side.

The accommodations that overlook the sea have incredible views, all have a very discreet terrace (neither see you nor see) from which you can see the entrance to the Ria of Dubrovnik with the lighthouses and islands.

Absolutely amazing hotel with amazing views and perfect location for a quite getaway. The food is great with plenty of options and very convenient bus to the old town right outside the door, at a very reasonable price. Drink is a little expensive in hotel but it is a 5star so to be expected. Spa is perfect with plenty of options to suit everyone.

The only details is that the beds are all twins that the put together, so in the middle of the bed you can feel the separation. Is not a single mattress. And the other thing is that the temperature of the indoor pool is low. The water is cold and the temperature outside is about 20°c. We choose this hotel because of the indoor pool since we went off the season, but we couldn't use it because was too cold.

Very nice Hotel. Breathtaking views. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is Q there is not a single drawer to store clothes and the very small bathroom with super high bath for access.
The worst of the hotel, the Tavern restaurant, infamous food, scarce and expensive.
The worst oysters Q have ever eaten, which is difficult in Dubrovnic.
The staff of the hotel were super friendly and helpful.
We will definitely be back.

The setting is just beautiful!

Scenery is just stunning. But service is not how it should be in a five star hotel. I had a room with a lovely sea view but the sun never shines there. What a shame! The wow factor is truly missing here and it was a disappointment. Breakfast ok, nothing special.

Great hotel! The rooms were the largest I've ever seen in Croatia. Free parking. Friendly staff. Great pool, spa, and other guest services. Nice restaurant. 10 min ride on public bus to old town Dubrovnik.

Great views and wonderful rooms, and away from the craziness of the Old Town. Easy access to public transportation to City center. Like many other reviews said, food is not great especially when it's so good in other parts of the city. Rather disappointing for a 5 star hotel with amazing restaurant views. Also the spa does not have as many amenities as other 5 star hotels in popular destinations.

Very nice view and luxurious services. Outdoor pool and beach are beautiful. No sand beach unfortunately. Spa and all leisure available. Close to town. Easy transportation. I recommend. Only a bottle of champagne as gift for honeymoon… expecting some chocolate, cake, fruits or a free massage at least : (

Absolutely loving it here. The staff have been fantastic and were so good after our luggage went missing at our point of departure (BHX I'm looking at you here…).
They even surprised us with a birthday cake.

I had 30 rooms blocked for my wedding guests earlier this month. Everyone loved the hotel, views, and amazing breakfast. We were treated with great care and respect, and I could not be happier with the staff! Everyone from the cleaning service to front desk to the hotel director to the Adriatic Luxury Hotels manager was fantastic to work with. Response time, whether it was answering an email, bringing wine glasses to our room, or calling us a taxi, was incredibly quick and reliable. I am so happy we stayed here and hosted our guests here!

A stay has two in this beautiful hotel and nice town. The mid-March season was ideal for us. Not too crowded, sunshine, quiet, we loved it.
The reception, the meals, the staff and the management were to our little care. Do not hesitate to go to stay there.
We will return.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis away from the town of Dubrovnik but close enough for easy access. All the rooms have balconies with amazing sea views. Extremely comfortable and we'll appointed and with all the facilities you could need. Really recommend the diving centre — staff were very professional abs efficient and the equipment was very well maintained. The sea was still pretty cold during our stay (mid April) but can't blame them for that.

Very nice hotel with good features and facilities. Perhaps a little over priced for what is actually on offer but that's a minor complaint. A nice isolated location but did have dubious internet connection stability whilst I was there.

Omg this is the best hotel I have ever been to brilliant food, pool, spa, room, shower, view… if I say all the good things about this hotel, it would take 100 years;) only problem was that the drain pipe (? ) smelled a bit but the best hotel though so happy.

The hotel setting is fabulous the staff were very good. The only problem we had over our two week stay was the evening buffet food, Although the variety was there I found it was never hot always Luke warm this is not acceptable for a five star hotel. They need to invest in another method to keep the food hot in my opinion. Would I go back? Yes I would certainly.

Nice hotel, terrible service. Tissues, toilet paper, towels, tea and coffee were not replaced after use. Dirty glasses and cups not replaced, in fact not even taken away. Room was cleaned to an average standard when it was done, evening turn ups missed on occasions. Shame really, as what could have been a lovely experience given the aesthetics of the place was ruined by easily avoidable black marks.
