Great location with nice views but this is not a four stars hotel.

Good location, cleanliness, quality of services. Unique handicap distance to old town. But bus line 4 stops at the door. The best rooms on the top floor.

Hotel was clean and our rooms were cleaned every day but the buffet dinner was not of a very good quality.

Good location, 10 mins bus from the old town but although renovated, it remains dated, unfilled pool end of April, flee the buffet and the breakfast products are not top.

Bathroom that could be much cleaner, indoor pool much smaller than on the photos of the site.
Room rather old but conforming to the photo, very unpleasant bedding.
The spa… If you can call it a spa: a jacuzzi that does not work, spa completely dipped in the dark, 1 sauna only running on 2. A hammam that has not been opened or cleaned for a very long time.
Only good point the balcony and the view.

I visited in August this year, and although the hotel is very clean and in beautiful surroundings, I found some, not all, staff to be quite abrupt in their attitudes. I voiced my opinion at reception, hoping to speak to the manager, who was unavailable at the time. On return home I have emailed twice but with no response. I have since learned that 'abruptness' as I see it, is the culture in Croatia. For me this took the edge off my time there.

Disappointing I wasn't expecting its the old room it would take a nine shot.

They don't clean the room carefully. 4star hotle? Someone have to reevaluate this. Some staff is so rude and helpless. All the room is non smoking room. But when you get in the room you can smell cigar smoke. Because in croatia you can smoked out of the balcony. I think this is nonsense. If you are traveling with childrens. Avoid this hotel.

Best hotel in Dubrovnik. Clean, food excellent, friendly staff, especially Marina Soko, restaurant manager!

Beautiful hotel and spacious room with a great view. Indoor pool, hot tub and jacuzzi are great extras. Good location for cafes/ bars. Bus stops right outside hotel for the old town. 15 minutes and about £1.60 per person.

Good views and decent breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated and it's not very close to the old town.

Is a confortable place and the service is perfect.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the pool was clean, the hotel was clean. The staff were polite, nothing was ever too much. I'd do again at the drop of a hat.
