➜ He eats very well in the restaurant he has. He sleeps very well in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And I don't give him five stars for mosquitoes.

➜ In this hotel stay.
We made a reservation with the hotel in early April from 3 to 5 July for eleven people on half board, being the prepayment and receiving the confirmation, reservation and corresponding invoice.
We present ourselves on the 3rd of July near the afternoon sitete in the hotel to perform the cheking and we have different situations:
1) First they deny us that they have a reservation in our name.
2) When we take out the papers that confirm it. We are told that we may have made the reservation, but that we cannot accommodate it because the hotel has changed owners in the period since we made the reservations and do not take care of the previous ones.
We tell them that in Spain when someone buys a company they take care of the profits and debts.
At this time they had apparently no notification from our reservations because they had erased everything.
3) After different exchanges of words we decided to call the police. While the police come they come to recognize that they have knowledge of our reservation and that it appeared to them on the computer (remember that before they said that they had erased everything) and so we see our names with the rooms assigned (there are photographs attached excel with the rooms in these reviews that corroborate this).
4) The police arrive, they are explained the situation takes note, they see even the reservations on the computer.
