I was there in the beginning of January, last year, from Friday till Monday. The pool was in renovation, that is great, but it should be written somewhere. I'm a vegetarian, I don't complicate around food as far I have something to eat. But at dinner time only two things were appropriate for vegetarians, soup and salat. Even potato had meat in it. At breakfast they ran out off cups for tee and coffee, didn't bother to refill it. When they ran out of eggs, didn't bother to bake some more, and it was around 9.00am. Breakfast is till 10.00am. At dinner time on Sunday evening the tables weren't prepared anymore, even the lights were not all on.
I don't have a problem with paying for the drinks at dinner, but that was also something that was not mentioned anywhere.
But I really have to say, that the room was great, big conformable beds and everything was really clean.

Given the need for COVID measures and the hesitance for some to visit at this time, I have to say they maintain a clean and safe pool and spa area. A wonderful peaceful place to spend what would normally be a work day. Great spa massage.

All great: staff hospitality and politeness, food (dinner and breakfast), internal pools and water playgrounds for toddlers, 6 different saunas + cold pool!
Some nice to haves: animators for small children, map of non-concrete running/hiking trails in the area. They even excepted to send us the bathing suit, accidentally left behind — level of service you will not find everywhere. All in all, great experience as usual in Terme Tuhelj :)

Unfortunately worst campervan camp ever visited. Almost no facilities for campers, load music from somewhere around till 2 am. So no good sleep, and we paid almost twice as excellent 4**** campsides by the sea with pools etc. I believe hotel is nice, but using campsite this night was just loss of money.

Great for kids and adults too! So much fun, also beside swimming different sports facilities such as tennis courts etc… perfect for a Spa weekend with friends or Family adrenalin vacation :)

Nice place. Cold water inside last winter. Dont do that again please.

For an afternoon you can go. Nothing to do with The Italian water parks. It is small: 2 medium slides, one for small children, swimming pool with waves (small).

Kids have fun. Inside pools (medium/small size) with different temperatures (warmer than outside).

In the evening we stopped to eat pizza in their local. To be abroad was good.

For lovers of thermal pools and SPA centers is the ideal place for a relaxing family-sized holiday. Clean rooms, food suitable for every palate for variety and taste. Not far from the capital and other interesting places to see, it is a real attraction for young and old. Great value. Definitely an experience to repeat.

We stayed for a short week here. We were in the old part of the hotel, rooms are quite small but clean. We took all inclusive light which included the breakfast, lunch and dinner with drinks, but not at the pool, where you stay most of your time, same for mini bar-payable. The gastronomy and the variety is very good, from breakfast till the dinner — excellent. You have a lot of indoor and outdoor pools, great for kids&family visit. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there isn't a lot to do in the surunding of the hotel.

Excellent place for families with children. Good for stop on the way to Chroatian Coast and See. Very good food for breakfast and dinner but coffee only instant.

Excellent place to stay a couple days. Recommend it☺. Everything is very near. Staff are so friendly. Rooms are very clean. Corridors are clean. Pool is so beautiful.

Everything is fine: your water park, swimming pools, gym and a very tasty breakfast.

Clean room, good service, excellent swimming pool and sauna, but I expected more in breakfast and room facilities as this is a 4 star hotel.

Incredibly chic hotel. Very tasty breakfasts, a wide range of dishes. The property has a large water park with many swimming pools and thermal springs, a spa centre and saunas, a gym and a sports playground. I recommend staying only in this hotel!

Clean and functional modern Hotel. Stayed in the premium rooms. Very nice clean and functional rooms. Very good value for money. Very well articulated spa area as well as the pools. Given the price paid and the treatment received I recommend it with flying colors.

Too crowded on weekends, entertainment waterfalls, waves pool etc. Works every hour for 10 minutes. You can´t have full water fun because old people protect their hairstyle, especially women. Perfect for geriatrics and parents with small children. They are now working on some water slids. Food is OK.

Nice place to spend a day just to relax. The pools are pretty fine, but can be too small when there are a lot of people in it. The food in the cantina at the pools is OK, although not the best. The hamburger bun was quite dry and didn't look very nice, other than that it tasted well. The massages are pretty great though.

Were here over New Year's Eve. Lots of kids, very loud music all day. The acoustics does not let you rest. Once and never again.

Everything is just ok, nothing special, but the pizza is the most horrible I have ever had. It doesn't taste at all, very very bad, skip it under all circumstances. Regarding the pools etc. Nothing to complain, also this is not the "newest" place.

For a short holiday ideal hotel room clean sauna landscape nice terme nice, ideal bathrobe etc. Everything available and food for everyone was what a good selection I liked it.

There is a pool and some facilities around but pretty poor package all together needs a lot of love & carebesides that nature is gorgeous fresh green wide opened with small hills all aroundsooo cutee & charmingthats really beautifull and an area to enjoy.

Rooms are great. But the pools are a crazy mix of old People, babies, schoolkids and couples. Loungechairs around every pool, but I dont get why People would lay there to relax.

Rooms are small but nice and clean, beds comfortable!
+ A smaller pool of the spa is really very warm!
— Thermal baths are old, come in the years and partly dirty! Unfortunately, most of the time boomed in the thermal hall from loudspeakers, Croatian music, which made it impossible to relax!
— a dickesfettes minus gets from me the Riesigengroße dining room that resembles a canteen! The dishes in the Bain-Marie-containers were cold, absolutely unsightly and disgusting! Patzereien around the buffet were not cleaned by the staff!
I was really shocked when I saw an employee cleaning the tables with a shred and then wiping the leftovers from the floor with the same shreds. Without washing the shreds, she then "cleaned" the next table and as an alternative for guests who do not want to be satisfied with the buffet, an Al a card restaurant is a 3-minute walk away, where a three-course menu is served. For this service you pay 6 euros per capita and evening on it. That's really okay.
Summary: OK, but not to compare with 4stars in Austria.

I came already a. Few times. I'm fine, it's complete with various saunas, pools, you can eat and stay from 10am to 10pm inside the property at really interesting prices. I recommend it.

Great family facility. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Restaurant with a decent choice of dishes. I personally recommend it and will definitely return.

Rooms are nice, meals are really great although lunch should be scheduled 1h later, inside pools are kinda boring… should be much more things for kids, like water slides etc, gym is small.

Super, were totally excited. Food was good, the hotel and the spa were very spacious and everything clean, staff spoke good German and were very friendly.

Have stayed in the hotel "Well", TOP equipment, very friendly staff, you can get "in the dry underground" to the thermal baths or the seven buns.
Food in the restaurant super (cold and hot buffet in the evening and morning).

A first class hotel and spa. A lot of action and a beutiful seraunding.

As usual, service is very good. But also as usual, something in saunas didn't work. This time jacuzzi, kneip and steam sauna during mud treatment. Prices on bills for drinks in restaurant Lati are higher than those in the menu at the table.

Very kind stuff, nice rooms, affordable prices, awesome saunas world, thermal pool, but I don't really like kitchen here. Couple of times the dinner and breakfast here was bad — wierd taste. Also mini golf course is absolutely old and needs repairs, the ball stuck at one hole, but they charge you for playing like it was a new course.

It is the second time we stay in this hotel and I confirm the impressions of 3 years ago… beautiful place ideal for families but also for couples… nice and family-run pools, nice spa and saunas… great Restaurant… nice and clean rooms…

Terme Tuhelj are nice entertainment area. Lots of swimming pools. Hotel rooms are ok. If vou book an all inclusive stay in hotel, you could be overpaying since food could be betrer. This place deserve better meals.

The hotel and the pools are nice and clean, the rooms are great and comfortable, the staff is friendly. The children absolutely loved the animation team. There is a great variety of tasty food. Delicious ice cream and cocktails (even for children) are served with a smile. There are a lot of things to do for fun (water slides and zorbing, mini golf, adrenaline park, table tennis, riding a bike…). The wellness centre and saunas are amazing. We can't wait to come back again.

The hotel is cozy but everything else is not yet well organized! At the Al inclusive restaurant it seems to be at a business canteen: noise and food fights make you want to stay at the table!

We had a great time very good food friendly staff, missing a star just because the bathrooms of the classic rooms are small.

I went to the hotel campsite and it is perfect with a modica figure you can go for free even in the beautiful water park near.

Wave pool is big but the waves suck. The electronic bracelet closets are small. You cant use the bracelet to pay for anything. They have some nice waterslides but the ques are long. Bar in water is nice except the smokers use the water for an ashtray. Prices are ok. Night swim is a nice option. Too bad its only on the inmer pools. Its a really jot summer.

A lot of people on weekends because the outside can come. Eating is not varied.

Stayed in the new part of the hotel, premium room. Very neat, good sized room with nice beds and pillows. Food is fine, I don't know what other reviewers expect? I haven't been in a 4 star hotel with better food. It's definitely on par and even better in some areas. Wi-Fi is useless. I got better from my apartment in Zagreb when I was catching the cafe's Wi-Fi across the street. Sauna areas are pretty good with a lot of different saunas, the saunas are nice but the shower areas really need to be refurbished asap.
