Cute little place and delicious breakfast! Our waiter was kind and attentive. He also was curious about our stay and recommended places to go to see and Split. If you are looking for a healthy delicious breakfast I would highly recommend Bepa!

Great for breakfast — there’s about five options including omelette on toast (I had and was delish), an English breakfast burger and poached eggs! They make their own yummy flavours of lemonade and have nice Dalmatian teas. Service is good and prices are standard. Plus well located in a beautiful square near the palace tower. Definitely worth a visit.

I went here for breakfast with my husband and we were disappointed with the food we got. At first glance this place is adorable, the menu is interesting and trendy, but the execution is not good. I got a poached egg dish over “crispy bread” with avocado. The bread was not toasted, the eggs whites were still runny, and the avocado looks like the puréed packaged guacamole you buy at the supermarket. My husband’s club sandwich tasted good, but only because it was slathered heavily in mayo and cheddar cheese. The staff was friendly, but not enough to make me recommend going here.

Came here as it was a recommended stop in Rick Steves Croatia guidebook. Ordered the chicken and avocado salad and a beer. Definitely one of the best salads I have ever had; and I let them know this. Prices were fair, and portion sizes were huge (great for big athletes like myself). Staff were cheery and it wasn’t too touristy despite being only 45 seconds from Diocletian’s Palace. Recommended!

Good food with a, for split, unique menu. No tourist BS. Quite pricey but worth it. Had a shrimp pasta with amazing homemade pasta, the sauce could be better though. With a little more love from the cook and the place would get 5 stars.

Lovely little place, we had the fresh lemonade with berry pulp and it was incredibly refreshing. We did not eat but definitely had food envy when we saw the cold mixed meat with cheese platter and the passing burgers. Bathrooms are also definitely worth a mention, it has the little touches that make a space pleasant (yes it is a little unusual to rate a bathroom).

Great food and great service. The food is tasty and not too ‘touristy’. The portions and good value. There are a number of options for vegetarians. The staff are helpful. They speak good English also. The drinks selection is varied and everyone can be happy here. Honestly, probably the best place in the square where it is located. While it is busy, you can probably find a table. My only concern is the tables are fairly small and awkwardly fit with the chair. So, if you have large legs or are you are very tall, maybe it’s not suited for you.

Fantastic, homey restaurant in the Center of Split. Great menu and delicious food. Lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner — we went for all three meals :’), — as long as you don’t get stuck with the one unhappy waiter (all the others were super friendly! ).

Staff where not very friendly. I think they rely on the fact they are in a nice part off town and are a bit quirky. Nice to sit and have a coffee but can only give 2 star for service and food.

Not as bad as I thought for it’s excellent location, but with a little more love, it could be great. Shared the seared tuna salad and while the tuna was great, the tomatoes, orange, and egg nice, the base was a wilted iceberg lettuce mix that you buy in a bag. Nice waiter though slow and busy. Lemonade too sweet for my taste but looked good!

The service was pretty slow considering we were the only customers there. The food was bland, mediocre and a little overpriced, the coffee was burnt and didn't taste good and wasn't made with love. A typical tourist trap.

Always following the theorem that in split is not easy to eat because there is no culture on the restaurant, neither at the level of service nor at the level of food real, it is to say that in this locality we eat discreetly the service is also discrete in the sense that the Waiters are available and quite prompt and zealous at the time when you make a request, the wine is very good a tip if it is winter it is better not to get out because it really does freschetto when you dine, inside the places are very few. Low Prices.

Cute restaurant! The food was not bad. Tomato soup and the salad were great. Rustic mix, beef burger, pasta, and the chicken were okay.

Cute spot. Good location. Went for breakfast and had their version of avocado toast although the “crispy bread” wasn’t toasted. Service was a little off although it was pretty early in the morning.

This place is smack in the middle of all the tourist traps but hey, it looked hip and inviting. We ordered the seared tuna salad and the rather generously portioned pulled pork sandwich. Both were quite good but I don't know how much the hunger contributed to it. It did take a while for the waiter to notice and get to us after a number of nods. There were only 2 waiters for the entire establishment and it took all too long. The same goes for getting the bill. To be fair he did apologise for the way things are but it could have been faster.

Came for lunch and then came back for breakfast. Our late lunch was very nice, we had ravioli with spinach and ricotta covered in gentle tomato sauce and buffala mozzarella, both tasted amazing. The waiters weren't eager to serve us for lunch but the taste of the food compensated for that. The breakfast service was swift, but you have to come early for quick service as the place clearly got packed later on. We had a good omelette but a disappointing avocado toast that had a tasteless avocado.

Love Bepa! Great food, setting and service. Lots of attention to detail. Great for children. Can see why it's constantly busy unlike the neighbouring establishments who are nowhere near as good and strangely empty.

Some of the most friendly staff I have come across. Food with imagination. Absolutely recommended.

A great patio for people watching and enjoying the sights of the old City under giant umbrellas. It's a cool atmosphere! The tuna burgers were just ok — they were kind of mashed up and lightly fried, rather than a tuna steak. I wouldn't order it again. It was very busy but we asked for help/to be seated three separate times before we just seated ourselves and I never did get the salad I ordered… So I wasn't super impressed with the wait staff.

Really nice food and atmosphere. There's outside seating which means you can soak up the feeling of the old town. A very good violinist also played just outside the restaurant which was a nice treat.

Best Place to eat in the Split! The service was beyond amazing did not have to ask for wait staff at all, extremely attentive. The food and wine paring was fantastic. The staff really knew their menu and wine selection. Then finally and almost most importantly the food was delicious! I hope you stop by and enjoy!
