  Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.

  Prepayment in the amount of the cost of three nights stay should be made within three banking days. Prepayment is transferred by bank transfer.

  Prepayment is not refundable when canceling a reservation less than 1 day prior to the arrival date.

  Upon arrival at the sanatorium, you must have:

  - Identity document;

  - Birth certificate for persons under the age of 14;

  - Certificate of registration at the place of residence — "Form No. 8", for persons under the age of 14;

  - A package of documents in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation (for foreigners);

  - A voucher, booking confirmation, or voucher;

  - Spa card 072 / y (for adults) and 076 / y (for children) if treatment is included in the voucher;

  - Certificate of enterobiasis for children under 11 years old (in case of visiting the pool).

  Guests staying 14 days or more may be provided with free therapeutic and preventive procedures.

  The sanatorium does not accept credit cards if the account was opened abroad.

  For children from 0 to 10 years old, a certificate of scraping for enterobiasis is mandatory for visiting the pool.

  Placement of children under the age of 4 years in the rooms of all categories is free of charge (at the main place).

  Placement of children under the age of 4 years in rooms of all categories in an extra bed is free of charge.

  Placement of children from 4 to 12 years old (inclusive) as the third guest in rooms of all categories, except Economy categories is RUB 4.450.00.

  The additional placement of children from 12 years or adults on extra beds will be charged at a rate of RUB 6.200.00 per night.

  To adjust the cost of booking taking into account discounts for children, you need to contact customer support or the hotel.

  Spa treatment services are provided for children from 7 to 18 years of age, as prescribed by a doctor.

  Pets are allowed on request only in the rooms of the building Pribrezhny: Premium Junior Suite, Premium Suite. The cost is RUB 1500.00 per day. Weight – no more than 5 kg. Pets are not allowed in other room categories.
