I have been to this hotel for the 4th time and it has changed a lot in 6 years and here is what I can say:
Pros:
1. The staff is very responsive and ready to help with any problems that arise.

A beautiful and soulful hotel in the mountains of Yalta ❤ it feels like home, and what views and air! We booked a room with a terrace and enjoyed a beautiful view from the window every morning.

Great location, very clean, the room has everything you need, the staff is polite and welcoming, you feel genuinely welcome, and we'd love to come back!

A minor drawback, but common to all hotels, is poor soundproofing between rooms.

I loved it; I achieved the goal of my trip: a week-long break from work in comfort. The room was excellent, cleaned daily, and I couldn't hear my neighbors. Breakfast is a separate post.

We vacationed in mid-April, so the hotel's spa and pool were a big plus! After a day of sightseeing and exploring, it's just what you need! The view from the hotel terrace is perfect.

I was lucky enough to visit Crimea and stay at this hotel. It was fantastic. The rooms are warm, bright, and cozy. The sheets and towels are clean, and the shower has good pressure.

The pillows are actually the softest, the views are cool, but the unfinished building spoils the view a little on one side.

Excellent hotel! Cozy rooms, comfortable mattress, equipped kitchen area — mini kettle, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, microwave. Comfortable shower, high-quality plumbing. Daily cleaning.

The atmosphere: cozy old ladies relaxing, polite, caring, and I'd even say, colorful staff! If you drive, everything central is close! There's private parking.

I stayed in early November 2025. I absolutely loved everything! The staff was superb. Everything was neat, clean, fast, and convenient.

We were here with my mother and daughter in July 2025. We really liked the sanatorium. Beautiful green territory, as if you were in a botanical garden. The canteen has a variety of delicious food.

The privacy of the hotel, + a poor but private beach.
Staff! The porters practically did not greet us, when we greeted them, they answered reluctantly, without raising their heads.

The walk to the sea is about 2 minutes, the beaches are open.

A very good hotel, but far from the bus stop, for children and older people we had to constantly call a taxi.

In fact it is a family hotel. Offer is not much, and they are all located so that guests each other did not interfere. We stayed in a double room "green".

I stayed at this hotel with my family. It was a wonderful stay. Three nights flew by. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Swallow's Nest castle — you can see it day and night.

The hotel is very conveniently located, near a pedestrian street with shops and excursions, as well as the entrance to the Vorontsov Palace Park.

When my family and I checked in in 2024, I don't remember the room. I liked the pool and the room. My parents were in a separate room, and my brother and I were also in a separate room.

Convenient location of the hotel, you go straight to the park, and after it immediately to the beach.
The bed is super, what can I say, everything is like in a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is located next to Miskhor Park. But like everywhere else in Big Yalta, there are ups and downs, sometimes steep.
