One of the best places to stay at. Very friendly people.

I don't know at what point the quality of the barbecue buffet dropped so much.
From the menu of salads and side dishes I have nothing bad to say. All simply delicious.
However the cuts of meat were dry, reheated and hard. It was very disappointing, as on other occasions we have attended and we liked it very much.
After today we do not plan to pay so much again for such poor quality.

This place is very beautiful but the food service in the casino is the worst today I ordered a fruit salad and it took 50 minutes to serve it I spoke with the manager because the place in service is disgusting 🤢

Super attentive since we entered we were greeted by a girl Liliana of finances and super attentive and a boy Cesar super excellent service and super attentive to the table of us I want to come back and bring my mother and my family super super super recommended really that if I hope and want to come next time …

I had dinner in the Restaurant Curu and it was a great experience, the meals snd drinks were so good. The service and staff were very friendly.

I had business meeting at Costa Rica It was clean as all of the sheratons are. Casino was interesting. The downside is that the lobby was a bit too warm. Waiting for a shuttle to SJO airport, was not a pleasant experience.

Great hotel, very modern and stylish decoration quite new. Service is very good, warm swimming pool at roof top, good food and great service. The very best for me is the casino, with the best poker game in town!

This is to me, hands down, the best hotel in San Jose. Breakfast is excellent. The best in San Jose as well. Rooms are large, beds are comfy, amenities are plenty and the staff is super helpful even to locals (many times in San Jose, hotel staff in general are more interested in getting these tourist tips rather than helping out locals) Glad to say that's not the case here. This is my fourth time here and certainly won't be the last.

The rooftop bar and pool area at this hotel is easily worth the price of admission. Will definitely stay here in the next time I'm back in San Jose.

Beautiful hotel and accommodations. All of the staff was wonderful. They sent a taxi to pick us up, pleasant ride and then everyone from the doorman to the restaurant were wonderful. The accommodations were clean and nice.

It highlighted the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the rides we did we found it useful location.

Everything was great! Breakfast was enchanting! The rooms are great, facilities at the highest level.

A bad experience to be a Sheraton. It is in the middle of a highway, the access to the bar fel8vo floor only by means of payment, and problems in the billing (visibly confuse colones with dollars).

It's rare I give such a bad review, but there is 1 reason why. The food is horrible except the breakfast buffet. The hotel is far enough out of the city it would not be easy to get food elsewhere and out of the 3 meals we ordered, only the pizza was edible. My daughter's tenderloin was definitely not tenderloin and salty. My duck was so salty I had to send it back, they didn't even give the correct sides or seasoning with it as stated in their menu. When I asked they brought out the wrong sides again… the pulled pork sandwich was not pulled pork, it was chunks of pork with BBQ sauce. The baked potato soup was a salty cheesy, overflavored mess. The overall theme… SALT! SO MUCH SALT! Another bad thing, the pool is part of the bar and restaurant… so forget a swim unless you want all the people eating and drinking staring at you. The good: great bed's, polite and friendly staff, updated rooms. The food unfortunately overshadowed it all…

Great hotel in great location had food and drinks at the bar and enjoyed the property. I'm sure the rooms here are decent and I look forward to coming back and checking out this property for an overnight stay.

I visited the hotel for their breakfast buffet and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The food was delicious and there were plenty of choices between typical Costa Rican breakfast, fruit, waffles, sausages and cheeses, breads, pastries, etc.

Good place to stay, very close to Mulpiplaza Mall. It has a casino within its facilities and a couple of restaurant on the 1st and 8th floor. Available staff to meet the needs at all minutes.
Shuttle service to the mall every two hours for free. Breakfast is paid depending on the type of booking and complies but it is not exceptional.

Located in an excellent area, I did not like the humid area venta too much although it has a nice view and can not be taken advantage of, in super cool casino the rooms very comfortable and the people too friendly.

This super bine located in the center of Escazu very close to multiplaza the food is good and the casino fantastic, they have all the games up to Texas Holdem.

The hotel was really good. The design and decor was really relaxing, the rooms are large and spacious and there is a casino on the ground level which adds to the experience of staying here. If there were one thing that it lacked was that it seemed a bit "out" of the way from anything, although I must admit we didn't stay for too long (2/3 days) so never really explored much more than the grounds of the hotel.

I would have given it a 4 stars if only they had their restaurants opened for dinner. The location is nowhere close to any other restaurants and the only dining option is at the restaurant in the adjacent Casino where dining is catering for gambling clientele.

I stayed the weekend for a wedding the service was very bad and we had the Presidential suite the 777 and the day of the wedding night the room of the bride and groom had not done it and nobody did anything to solve it, in other hotels a tragic moment make it a moment M Ágico, there was a tragedy nail.

The only thing that was weird at check in was that they needed both passports and drivers license and they need an imprint of a card for a prepaid room along with it on file. But the rooms are very nice and has a cool shower. The restaraunt on top of the building was very windy and noisy. But the honors club house was fantastic with amazing good!

The grounds were well appointed and beautifully designed. I enjoyed the sustainable efforts, and the green walls were beautiful, and the repurposed tiles brought the history of the site into a amazing revision for the future. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. P. S. The restaurant was amazing.

This is a beautiful hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Similar to the hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet appeals to all tastes and preferences. I ordered quite a few things from room service but I wasn’t that impressed. It is not that close to the airport but it is close to a major shopping mall district (walking distance) where you can eat elsewhere.

It is an excellent hotel they give very good service and the Ooms super friendly and the massage service the best is 100% professional I recommend it I do not think two kisses to go back to that place. Excellent.

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Super friendly staff. The food was amazing by hotel food standards. The gym is available 24/7. There's a shuttle that provides airport drop off and pick up. Be sure to contact the hotel prior to arrival to have this arranged. There is also a shuttle to the nearby Multiplaza mall.

Casino is one of the best in San Jose Costa Rica. Breakfast is average, as an hotel you have room for improvements there. Rooms are modern and good. The crew is really friendly and helpful.

The Hotel is clean and very nice. For the most part everyone was very nice. My only issue is that they are adjoined with the Casino and every evening (at least while I was there) they have very loud parties going on through the morning hours. I called down to see if they could do something about the noice and they offered to move me from my room (don’t think that would have helped anyway). How nice of them to want to inconvenience me at 11:00 o’clock at night instead of having them turn down the noise! Can’t believe they allow such noice to go on through the morning hours, I surely couldn’t be the only person that was annoyed by this! Trying to sleep is impossible! I will definitely reconsider staying here in the future.

Definitely one of the nicer hotels I've been to. The staff is very friendly And helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Their breakfast is delicious. There a restaurant and bar are nice and the lounge upstairs is awesome. It has the best hotel gym I have ever been to. Would highly recommend!

Best Casino in Costa Rica. Great night life, great fun! Ernesto Azofeifa Llubere treated our party like we were family, definitely coming back.

Everyone of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. While not all spoke English well, there was always someone nearby who did. Johanna went out of her way to help us and provided very good customer service. However, Daniel, who works breakfast and lunch, went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. My boyfriend had extensive dental work done and Daniel brought smoothies at breakfast without being asked to and provided ice bags on a daily basis. He brought cream instead of milk for my coffee and provided my boyfriend with iced coffees. He even gave us a smoothie and coffee "to go" after breakfast. He speaks near perfect English and I cannot say enough good things about him. Thank you Daniel!

There is always room for improvement; I actually think they merit a 4.5 star or better ranking, but as partial star cannot be awarded I'll give them a 5. Excellent service, friendly and courteous bilingual staff. There is a shuttle service to the nearby shopping center and to the airport. There is also a casino on the premises.

Very clean and helpful staff We had to check out at 4am and they did find in reception a table with hot coffee and croissants!

Great place for a short stay in San Jose. Easy to drive to from airport with a rental car and many shops within close proximity. Breakfast is real good. The gym is good with new equipment and clean. There is a steam room and small pool on rooftop. All staff were very polite amd helpful. There is a casino onsite but did not take time to check it out. Nice fresh juice welcome drinks.

We had a surprising and generally negative experience at this hotel last night. It's trendy & attractive and rather well maintained, however staying on a Saturday night was a huge mistake. We were on the 5th floor, 3 below the party lounge on the 8th floor, and I was up half the night because of VERY loud music and bass coming from the top floor. I called the front desk and they couldn't tell me what time the music may quiet down, so I ended up awake until 330 am. Far from ideal the night before traveling 9 hours to get home on a Sunday. I wish I had realized that the casino + the roof lounge makes this place a party hotel and not at all suitable for people seeking a comfortable place to relax and sleep.

Clean and well mantained. Generally good staff. Gym a bit small, no swimming pool and only one restaurant. Ideal for a couple of nights or businesd but far from center.

Best Sheraton I've ever stayed in. Amazing shower. A/C needs a maintenance override if you want it below 21 degrees. Buffet breakfast.

Rooms were very clean. TV channels didn't seem right. Hallways were a little warm. Casino was a decent size but didn't have craps. The food in the bar was good, but seemed to upset my stomach.

A modern Hotel, with very good service.

The hotel is okay overall. New, has casino, food, close to mall. Club level floors have awesome internet. Only problem is the night club on the roof. Weekends are really hard if you are under the club. The walls and windows shake with the bass. Breakfast is okay, nothing like intercontinental around the corner.
