Ok for a one nighter while you look for other places with more consistent water function, and comfortable beds…

Think breakfast should be included as a lot of places at this price bracket do but very nice room and owners.

Very nice place and affordable price, the super friendly owners and the food of the restaurant very rich. One aspect to take into account is that the prices in the food if they are somewhat elevated: two toasts and one egg plus a plate of fruits and coffee round the 7000 colones.

Best Gallo Pinto in the area. Owner is very friendly and provides great service.

We've lived in Uvita for over a year and Los Laureles is our favorite place by far! Tonight was our anniversary and we chose to come here without a second thought. The food is absolutely amazing. The fish or shrimp tacos and the patacones never disappoint! The drinks are always top notch. The owners are the sweetest people you'll ever meet. Cindy remembers and acknowledges every person who comes in there and makes you feel like a guest in their own home. You cannot come to Uvita and pass this place up.

What an amazing chicken and shrimp pasta! Never ever disappointed when I eat here. A must try, again and again!

This finca is wonderful. You'll have privacy and a private forest with a river in it as well. Good restaurant and friendly family to deal with. Only problem:in your house there is no Wi-Fi so if you net the internet for work or entertainment you have to sit at the restaurant which is always full and not too private.

Came by here for lunch. Have been in this area for years, and I have never eaten here — a hidden gem, and highly recommended. Awesome food, great service, just amazing. I can't believe I didn't find this sooner! Wow, just wow!

The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant that is run by the owners and the food is very rich.

The meals here are tasty and very filling. The staff is very welcoming and talkative and, if your Spanish isn't very good, their English is.

Cozy cabins nestled in the jungle. Close to the center of Uvita, but secluded and private. Nice owners, and very good food in their restaurant.

We ate there only, the service is of very good quality, made with a controlled humor. It was nice to have lunch there. Not to mention the dish, quesadilla beef. Really good. And hearty. For a very affordable price. Anyway, a good address.

Highly recommended. The cabins are spacious in the middle of a forest of 4 hectares. The owners are very friendly and have their own restaurant.

2 — Very good reception.
3 — Private forest backed up to the hotel, small ballad but during which I saw a lazy, rather nice. Also heard of howling monkeys, which apparently are also sometimes visible.
4 — The restaurant of the hotel: very very good, hearty, couple in the kitchen very nice. Really passionate cook.

Excellent care, good food, good rooms, very clean… and I Met 2 and both are very clean, you see that they like to cater to their guest, very familiar and spectacular vegetation, I recommend it widely.

Cabinas Los Laureles was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. It was clean, easy to check in and out of, and they stored our bags securely while we were at Playa Ballena. Victor was very helpful and had suggestions for things to do Uvita. Thanks!
