Victor and Lorena excellent in the attention, an excellent place in everything. Jose excellent security. Oscar and Chico excellent in maintenance. Everyone too attentive and helpful. A very clean place, good equipment in the rooms. I recommend it to 1.000%. Even Blanquito the dog is friendly.

The attention is very good the cabins are very comfortable and all very neat prefect to go to rest.

They don't follow protocols health services just take you the temperature they don't have alcohol gel anything, that's why we always walk ours, it was the worst experience, we went with our bubble to celebrate my husband's birthday and we couldn't even use the ranch to make roast beef since there is no order with the people in the cabins let the pool be full of people with liquor and food, my children were unable to use the baby pool as the same alcoholics were in there. I definitely do not recommend it since the guard just told us we got out of hand we couldn't do anything worth it!

Excellent care. The site is very well maintained and clean. The pools are always very clean and the villas are well-equipped. Don Victor, Doña Lorena and the other officers do excellent work and are always attentive to serve all the guests.

They don't give towels, they don't give bed linen, the quality of things already look a little old!
