Very nice place which I frequent a lot and the staff is very attentive and helpful especially Mr. Eduardo and Mrs. Marlin with their unique attention.

Unfortunately it was my first time in this hotel and since I entered it was a terrible service, from the reception the arrogance with which they spoke to me while staying, I definitely do not recommend it and they forgot or did not know that they had to give a customer service, not treat them with such bad service … zero friendly treatment definitely do not recommend or would return to this place. And from the fair one resting and passing hammering and doing repair work …

Their customer service and definitely the treatment that you give the older adult the Manager Eduardo is a great person and solve any inconvenience as difficult as that is. Nice place, with Day pass as to piscinear a while, eat well and be in front of the beach. Recommended if you are looking to have a good fun. They are paid as 5000 x person if they consume in place and 10000 if there is no consumption.

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Also very honored because I lost some personal things about a month and a half in that place and when I returned I returned them intact. Breakfast is pretty rich.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was very clean and comfortable.

Very good deal. However the parking is not in optimal condition. The bumper on our car got stuck in a rod jammed in a stopper. They were not responsible.

Lousy, the room smells like humidity impossible to reconcile the sleep I went super sick to breathe in this horrible place, even though I had made the request that the room had to be on ground floor for medical problems, it was ignored and I never indicated it Even when I did my income and placed me on a second floor and this according to them for helping me because the one I had assigned was on the third floor. When I delivered the room I gave the comment to the guy at the front desk about smell of humidity and didn't flinch, only hit to say yes that is an old problem of all the rooms in that area.

Just stopped in for a few drinks at the bar while we waited on our ferry. Nothing special here.

Fishing pier close by, friendly staff, good drinks. Relaxed. Good ac units in rooms. Safe area. Corporate discounts available. Several TV channels in english. Fresh salads, grande shrimp.

Walk to a third floor without elevator (breach of the law 7600), rooms in driving doubtable as Q the cleanliness. There is no coffee despite having coffeemaker or minibar. Bad Internet connection. They asked for towels and paper to the room and there was q down to look for them never brought them.

I always love to go there.

I was in November, several nights. A cosy hotel. Very good care of the workers and the management. Simply excellent. Preferred.

I was there last night… $120 / night. 3rd floor walkup. No hot water. No mini-bar. Coffee maker but no coffee, sugar, etc, The cleanliness is more than doubtful, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn't bad. We spent last night in the Alamar with friends ticos, so that it was not for my face gringo or my accent of English. Is that 58.000 colones is very expensive for a medium sized hotel at a low in central america. So we'll finish it all, both ticos, as gringos, in Bocas del Toro where the quality is better and costs the fourth part… and poor Puntarenas when you pass that.
