Definitely great service, Doña Mayra and Don Christian and all the hotel staff make you feel at home, the place very clean and nice with its impeccable common areas.
A luxury breakfast!
I recommend it a thousand times a thousand and if I could I would give it more stars!

The service here is horrible the rooms look like that kinda but in not so great shape and of course the angle of that picture makes the roon look bigger then it is. Towels were stained (funny also there is a sign on the bathroom door that says if you stain it you have to pay for it but seems like they still just dont throw it out) No internet what so ever in this place. When I spoke to the owner she said try going by the pool area and maybe it will work there and I told her I tried it everywhere and nothing so her response was costa rica doesnt have the best Internet which I found to be a dumb answer. I have internet here 100mgs works fine.! The cook told me they have like 6 mgs for the whole hotel. Lol! The food is not that great either. They offer things on some websites but dont deliver. I saw more then 3 customers upset about things like this. The only thing I can say good about this place is the location thats it!

Nice facilities. Excellent cleanliness. With all the protocols of the Ministry of Health. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent food!

The hotel is too comfortable and the attention is super, otherwise they are very honest I had left my cel in the hab on the day of my departure and in half an hour I was called to pick it up, great job thank you!

Beautiful small complex, directly on the sea, with a beautiful garden! Breakfast and dinner is sensational… Christian and Manfred, you are the Best♀love it.

Excellent place to vacation peacefully. The facilities are very nice, with lots of greenery and a beautiful garden. The care of doña Mayra in the restaurant is excellent and the food delicious! The cleaning staff and security are very friendly. In the end, we loved staying here!

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. My first impression was that the owner makes sure he keeps his hotel well maintained. The exterior grounds are well manicured. The room was clean, and had the amenities you would expect for an average price room (approx. $100/night). I enjoyed cooling off in the pool and sitting on the private balcony in the evenings. I also agree with some of the other reviewers that the location is perfect. It is a little bit away from the town center, but well within walking distance to everything Jaco has to offer. The only recommendation I would make is to add some additional Wi-Fi antennas. The signal was quite weak in the room, and had to go to the balcony to stay connected.

Very nice small hotel on the beach, friendly staff clean place. However you can not swim in the ocean here, the water is too rough. Only a 5 minute drive to the beach at the marina is beautiful.

Very pretty resort, but it wasn't anything extravagant. Lots of wild iguanas hang out here!

This place, for me, without a doubt was the perfect place to stay in Jaco! It was away from the busy center of town and quiet. Town was about a 7 minute walk or about $2 USD in a taxi. I saw all the nice hotels with 10 stories and 4 pools but I did not regret staying here. The staff was so friendly and did their best to make you feel at home. The pillows were a bit flat but If you ask for extras, they have no problem getting you more. The house keepers kept our unit clean every day. The AC unit was great the big windows were perfect to enjoy looking out. 24 hr. Security guard walking around every day. Eating at their restaurant is nice. You enjoy the scenery, iguanas and wild birds like Scarlet Macaws and hummingbirds literally feet away! I will definitely stay there over and over.

It is a beautiful place very neat the bad thing is the type of reception questions to the client and speaks hit.

The beach on this end is very nice. So are the sunsets. After a tour through CR with a lot of basic accomodations this one is quite comfortable.

I think back to the beautiful days in the Pochote Grande Hotel (13.1. — until 23.1.2013). We are five ladies from lake Tegernsee, had a wonderful time with super food and super staff!

Excellent location on the sea front, very good deal and price.
