Amazing magical paradise! I came here with my sister to celebrate my birthday! A bit of an adventure getting here that is for sure, but it was worth it! The Gomez family are incredible, they built this beautiful cottages, with recycled wood themselves. The family are so friendly and sweet and all talented, carpenters, cooks, and the best customer service ever. They arrange tours and transportation for you too! We truly feel like family (one more day! ) The only place to get a meal is in their family restaurant but you won’t be disappointed everything fresh, delicious, great menu and prices reasonable. Shared bathrooms but very clean. The private rooms are humble but lovely, surrounded by screened windows and the best part is the amazing balcony with a hammock and breathtaking ocean views. Best sunsets I have ever seen anywhere. Truly a garden of eden. Thank you to the wonderful Gomez family and crew. The experience in Bella Vista Corcovada is true Pura Vida!

I loved this beautiful, tranquil family-run lodge at the edge of the jungle high above playa Rincon about 6 miles west of Bahia Drake. The gardens are beautiful, Olga's food and wood carvings are wonderful and the family/staff is super friendly and helpful. I hope to go back and plan to have a better command of the Spanish language by then. Great hiking and wildlife nearby and the ocean views and beach are incredibly beautiful.
