All 💜💜 the service excellent the place without words a mountain hotel.

What a disaster with the gastronomy of the place, in the menu the hamburgers abound, we thought they were specialists in that and we were wrong, the hamburger combos were lukewarm and tasteless as fresh from the freezer, the cocktails rich but were more sugar than liquor, the dry breakfast and without flavor, it was a dish in which everything tasted the same. The water of the jacuzzis was warm, there were no guides for trails, suspension bridges or others, at the time of entering they do not deliver info about the attractions or activities of the place, and in the end you have to deliver the cloths at reception, something very rare seems to me by the way. Beautiful "nest house", too beautiful, even though the tub is not for two as it says in the description.

The girls at the reception and all their super friendly staff, give their best to q have a super experience even if it is raining! They really are the best with their attention and customer service!

0 customer service neither at reception nor in the cafeteria nor by telephone. In the room there is no hot water. Breakfast really devoid of flavor, fresh package and milk is not milk is that cheap powder. The facilities look like abandoned maintenance and aesthetics.

Everything is excellent. It is very enjoyable and the facilities are excellent.

It was the worst experience of all costa rica jacuzzi dirty room no hot water horrible food personel le peor se encontr. I had a family emergency and lost a bill then my deposit of 10 thousand was stolen. Please do not spend your money in this place.

Nice to get out of the routine, the trails, the live music and rich food. Don Alejandro and other staff attend wonderfully.
But Reception is fatal. The reception give a lousy service, but in my experience they are the only ones in the hotel that do not comply with good customer service.

Very nice place but some slopes of terror should say that for the elderly or some disease such as fibromyalgia or spine, it is super difficult to get to the rooms.
Very good food.
But if it was terrible and frightening the apartments the mattresses all the springs were killing me by chance in the single bed I had a mattress a ralitic foam too and I put it on top of the matrimonial that even the edges of the wire felt it was a nightmare I could not sleep and cabins of very nice logs but loose backs with dangerous nails.

Super beautiful place and attention to both the soda and the spectacular restaurant super attentive.

They do not warn before making the reservation that the jacuzzi and the slide are not working until you have already paid and say that they do not return the money 🙃
We paid for the cabin of 50mil, this had little lighting and did not have the hot water service enabled🙃 without a doubt we feel scammed and we believe that if they are not going to provide all the services they should lower the price because there are other cabins in better condition that come out much cheaper🤷🏼 ♀️

The terrible receptionist, does not take one to the room only gives instructions on how to get there, the "Suite" looks old, without maintenance, the balcony has a precarious chair. Actually the whole hotel looked neglected. At the bar we arrived at 8 and 45 and the waiter in a bad way told us that they were already closing.

The place is very nice, the pools were always kept clean which is difficult to see in other places, since first thing we saw staff doing cleaning, we did not see garbage or clutter, each space and area had good cleaning.
But mainly the impeccable service of each member, from the Bar restaurant, at breakfast time who attended us super attentive, in the same way at the reception. We organized for Sunday a marriage and everything that was the organization of the hotel for the event room leave everything very well but mainly the service and attention of catering service, that is the most pleasant thing about the whole place the human quality. We spent 3 days very nice and grateful.

It is a very beautiful place, with nice views.

Personal opinion: I think a place even if it is not 5 stars, the service makes the difference, but the people at the Reception of Monte Campana Heredia require a customer service training. They are dry and automatic people. The room needed more hygiene supplies. But I would like to rescue the service of the girls of the restaurant, attentive and helpful, we really liked the charisma that the girl Kimberly has (Even if name we ask her).

The customer service provided by waiter Don Danilo to my partner and me is top quality, very happy with their attention and service! I would definitely return to the place for the comfort that made us feel Don Danilo!

The reception staff very bad nothing. Very noisy loud information the food is not. Good. We were never taken to the waterfall very bad service.

Lousy service, dirty water, they charge 10 red with lunch included better save those 10 cells because it is sickening to bathe there. Nor come.

•bad customer service plus reception and restaurant bar.

•No security I never saw any Security Guard until the last day of my lodging.
•There is no one to guard you to the trails to the falls to the pools to the slides, it is only to be entrusted to God that neither staff nor guides to care for people are only seen for paintball and canopy.

•lousy food and very high prices which nothing is worth and have a sign in the pure entrance of the "hotel" that says 5995 the bucket of beer which inside the establishment is another amount.

The worst work staff. Are the rudest people apart from offering advertising and prices that deceive people steal the deposit. It's the worst place to go with the family.

Super pretty is not the first and last times i'm going to go I'll go thousands of times I'm going to go.

The place is nice to enjoy as a family, however some areas may need remodeling and maintenance that are a bit old.

Pleasant rooms, plenty of activities and facilities such as zip-lining, paintball, pools, jacuzzis and water slides. Including a spectacular view of San Jose.

I rented a Junior Suite. Horrible. Almost like a motel room. Nothing was working. The TV, jacuzzi and fan wasn't working, so we got moved to another room, that was way smaller and all dirty, filled with spider webs, also to mention that the bar and restaurant is above the rooms, so it's very noisy at night. Only four of ten jacuzzi were working. The main pool wasn't working. The restaurant is extremely expensive and the Hotel in general very small. Not worth the money.

This place is a hidden gem! They have every activity that you could imagine and the staff is extremely attentive. 25 minutes from the airport, pretty cheap.

Excellent value for money, we were charged 11 by two, and dinner included, is something quiet and natural.

¡ Horrible! Never come back. The site is unkempt, the rooms are ugly and all this in a poor state. My mother and I went to a meet and we stayed in a Junior Suite; we had to go ask for another room because we fell a lot of bugs small black on the head when going to bed in a bed that was a bunk of wood. The next room had problems with electricity and the cleaning in general was not good, the bed linen olia bad as if they had not washed it in a good time. The breakfast disgusting, little was what we liked the restaurant, we prefer to go out to buy out something to eat. The attention of reception regular, the bar and restaurant very good. It was a shame that the human factor could not erase the thousand unpleasant things to the site. It makes Me sad to be a costa rican and to know that the foreigners will get a very bad impression of a site "tourist" for nothing meets the expectations of a site or to regulate.

I had a bad experience at this place
You have to give a deposit for 2 cloths that just cover the head and the debolberlos have to wait for the wash to see if they have any stains and the charge and no service abitacion. And what is worse is that the staff rrecepcion is too hateful.

Mountain Resort with multiple attractions, restaurant, rooms, swimming pool, etc. Nice and cold family place. Nice view, rain.

The place is simple. The rooms are simple. I best dinner. Everything else mediocre.

Entertains to share with the family. Near the city. Nothing fancy. It's like a picnic club of affordable price.

Stayed here twice with a group in two different rooms. The cabin rooms (#88) were dirty (like actual dead bugs around the room/kitchen area/bathroom and dusty as if no one had stayed in a long time). I am someone who is generally unbothered by rustic lodges but there was no hot water in either of the rooms and when I approached the staff they told me there should be hot water now, but alas there was not (the room my friends were in had an attached heater on the shower head and ours did not). We requested we get moved out of and they put us in which was much cleaner and nicer. I slept well there! The food was not very good and the service was mostly terrible, except for one woman who kindly moved us into a new room after our guide explained our troubles in fluent Spanish to her. Do not expect anyone to speak anything but Spanish by the way—if you don’t speak Spanish definitely learn it and if you speak some, brush up on yours before you come if it’s not your native tongue.

We just came for a day to use the pool. The entrance fee is 9950 colones per person including kids and lunch is included. Water in the pool was too cold.

The very nice interventions the restaurant service delicious but the receptionist very rude, and even mocking, were not signed to tell us that you could use it and not of the facilities. Too bad because the place I really liked but would not go back.

Excellent recommended suoer place to come and stay and enjoy both cm in the attractions cm the pool, paintball and the canopy both cm in the bar and restaurant.

We stayed in a Suite Jr. The room was very nice, the restaurant serves very good food, however the customer service at reception or on the phone was not one of the best experiences.

Customer service good. It might not excellent but it gets compensate with the good quality of the food and the sheap price. The view is good and big local. Great for groups. Yes Wheelchair access. Yes parking. Sometimes karaoke. Besides has hotel rooms, swimming pool and other tourist attractions. I totally recommend it.

The facilities are very nice. The stay is very economical. There are many things to do. I think the big pools must have a temperature regulator, the water is very cold and in case in that area it is a bit cold although it finds a strong sun.

We booked through Airbnb and picked the treehouse! It was beautiful, with a great view, and very comfortable. It was also very clean. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay! We didn't explore the property much because it was only a one night stay, but it looked family friendly and fun.

Great view of the city from the tree house cabin. Close to Poas and Barva for hiking. Clean house keeping, the breakfast food was okay, pool was nice to relax by. Staff isnt the friendliest, feels a bit like a cheesy but thats because of the kids entertainment. The best thing about this place is that its close to the airport and this amazing paella restaurant called La Lluna de Valencia.

The Villas should be closed to give security to the belongings.

I found it super chiva… an overkill tuanis, the pass is also great … without a doubt I will be going back to get x the guys of canopy… X the rest nothing q see, m not like q had schedules to be able to use the slide.

Front desk staff were unfriendly and breakfast was not great. The view is fantastic from the restaurant.

There is so much to do, the atmosphere is very nice, the room small but cozy. The lack of the fifth star is x one of the loners, who does not know how to treat the client.

I loved the place is nice the view, comfortable in prices, the only thing is the customer service but in the rest all the place excellent ✌ I hope to return soon.

It is a good place to enjoy in solitude or in company, the care is good, my observation is when you are cleaning the other rooms do not take into account that there are possibly people resting because it is quite annoying the noise they make. Another point and it is only an appreciation, nothing more, it would be interesting to make packages for singles that are accustomed to stay without company. Emphasizing a person who is accustomed to travel alone.

Very nice place for taking a break! They have nice swimming pools with waterslides. The only issue is that some activities have stairs or little hills so people not able to use the stairs could be limited. There is a basic pool table in the restaurant but it is a little bit old. Canopy is fun but very basic for "pros". And we were not able to use paintball because providers did not get on time.

This place is AWFUL. I would not recommend it for more than two nights maximum. Location is on top of a mountain which is very secluded, so you cannot walk to the store unless you are willing to take your chances and get hit by a car as there are no sidewalks on this mountain and the streets are very narrow. The hotel itself is family oriented but it is mostly locals who go in for a day at the slides so the place is packed with kids. The breakfast is not buffet, they only give you one serving and if you ask for more they deny it (I asked for a second piece of bread and I stood there for five minutes been refused another piece of bread! ). Also, the food is the same every single breakfast. We stayed for one week and not a thing on the menu changed. The light went off twice and it took over 5 hours to come back. Their customer service is awful (there are a couple employees who are the exception but most of them are awful). We wanted to take tours and 4 out of the 5 companies we called did not go to this hotel because of the drive in the mountain is awful, the 1 company said they would charge extra. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom. If you are going to Costa Rica to see Costa Rica this is not the place for you. If you are going to Costa Rica to put your kids in a pool go here. If you have no kids DO NOT stay here.

Beautiful hotel set back into the mountains. Lots of trees around you and great views. The pricing was reasonable and there are lots of activities to do during the day time. There's a bar and restaurant downstairs at night that had live music.

Nice place with canopy, pools, water slides, paintball, walk paths, they offer one day passes with and without food, good for groups.

The place is very nice, but the weekend becomes public Spa, so it becomes too many people, for those who seek tranquility. Mattresses have vaulted Springs, making it uncomfortable for guests, the bathroom door does not close, the restaurant despite the fact that food is rich, overnight service is bad, there is no coordination between the waiters, the waiting time is too long, and when they finally bring this buffet. The cost of drinks in the swimming pool area is enormous. Or at the reception or in the restaurant provide the important information, as you have to request a reservation for the night in the restaurant or that there are additional activities.

The place is very near from Heredia and San Jose, the cabins are very comfortable with fireplace, I think the place is better for relaxing than entertainment. External jacuzzi is fine. Have attractions like paintball, rapel among others. Cons: food not good for the price.

Is bn pro the only thing is that you can not use the zip lining and the peinbol.

The day I went, it was light and I had to go blind to the cabin. Were not responsible. It was a night lost.

I've been several times and I have encountered very different situations, problems with the rooms, with food, with hot tubs among other problems. The place is nice I admit, but security is troubling, several assaults within the workplace, have already been given in the waterfall, and then go to the waterfall does not belong to the Hotel, so there are trails from the hotel to the waterfall, where this famous sign, because they announce the waterfall as if outside the hotel. Overall a nice place, but dangerous and with lousy service.

This place was amazing, the people there are friendly and helpful. The landscape was amazing, lots of pretty insects and animals to look at and takes pictures of. They have a nice waterfall you can hike to. Awesome pool with slide and very clean. Ropes course up in the trees. The kitchen was awesome, great food. Overall probably one of my favorite spots I have traveled to! The owner of the Hotel and his staff are very knowledgeable in the tourist attractions around the hotel so you dont get board. Oh man and the view. The view from the hotel rooms are all out of this world, you can see the entire City of San Jose lit up at night! Room Tip: They were building a few "Tree House Cabins" im sure those rooms are super cool to stay in.

The hotel is zero reconmendable to start with the kitchen staff are embittered as their own, the hotel makes reference to that meals are buffet style and is not as well as they serve you and you can not repeat what is bad by what you serve food is very little and if you dare to ask for more the face that you make the girls is nice bit as if one were asking for free food, the pool is extremadament small and the jacizzi is a dirt until it is sickening mess we see the water and if you do take you out after 20 min for that as there is only one have to be turnandose to get, and to finish, the mattress of the room in which I play had a spring come out with that I cut the leg when I went to bed… It's amazing I had never been to a hotel with such a bad customer service I came there with a lot of bad experiences and with a cut by a spring of the bed.
