What a perfect hidden gem this place is! The views are spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and the food is delicious. But the company and conversation we shared with Matt and Leah was what made the Poás Lodge such a special place. They are exceptional people who have such an inviting and cozy space, and we will most definitely be back again and again!

The place has one of the best views of the central valley, quiet and cozy. Simple, understood by simple-basic. Many possibilities for improvement, which would no longer be as affordable economically. I hope you know English because the owners do not speak much Spanish.
