Very nice accommodation! We were super happy that there were kayaks to use and so close to where we needed to be! Especially the beach.
Great villa next to one of the best beaches in Raro, would love to stay again.
Host personally welcomed us and went over everything. Brought us a local potato salad dish the next day and to check if everything was good. The house was bigger than what we had imagined from the photos. Definitely better than expected, the water cooler and Wi-Fi hotspot was handy. The local shops at the end of the driveway were much cheaper than NZ dairies and the bakery was excellent.
Walking distance to Muri night markets and the shops in Muri. A quick kayak to the resorts down the beach where you can hop out to grab a bite/drink. The kayaking in Muri lagoon was definitely the highlight of the trip. Would recommend bringing a snorkel and mask, but at low tide, the water is clear enough to see the colourful fish from the kayak. The kayaks at the property were very useful.
