For three weeks from 31 December 2017 we made our way over to Aitutaki Airport.
I was wondering why it was taking so long for our Rino’s driver to turn up — but oops! I told them to pick us up at 7pm — but we arrived around 4pm Saiiiiyo! But I tell you what — it didn’t take long for the word to reach the owner and she came right away

Rino's took us by surprise. Admittedly, we were trying to save money by choosing the cheapest place to stay on Aitutaki. So we didn't expect very much. When we arrived, Rino himself was waiting for us at the airport with flower garlands and drove us to the hotel. On the way, he told us about his life on Aitutaki. We were showed to our room, which was fantastic! It had a great big bed, living area, FULLY equipped kitchen, bathroom stocked with toiletries, and a gorgeous balcony where we sat out every night watching the sunset. We had everything we needed. Upon arrival, Rino helped us book a lagoon cruise. The next morning, we woke to a continental breakfast all included. The location was great too, with shops and takeaway all within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at Rino's. They're building more rooms right now, and I'm excited to see them grow. Stay here!
