It is a three star hotel, with excellent location on the beach, the rooms for family are spacious, the beds comfortable.
The breakfast is rather between regular and bad, the beach is very nice but some days it is dirty, there are dogs hanging around all the time, it is quite annoying. The beach has lots of seaweed.

The best hotel on the island! Its direct exit to the beach makes it unique! The staff is very helpful and the food is excellent.

Exlens room to eat, our visit was just passing through the restaurant. Very nice beaches, one can eat and then stay in the afternoon on the beaches! Recommended!
They accept credit cards in case of not having cash.

As for the stay the hotel is not 4-star. Good cleaning. But the staff at the bar and breakfast don't want to cater. Only good service at the entrance table. A shame! The hotel is clean and has a very nice beach but it's just that. If you are looking for peace and family it is your place.

Horrible. At lunch they claimed they don’t have to-go boxes so loads of food was thrown out… At dinner I asked for a minute to finish looking over menu before ordering and she returned an HOUR later. Food isn’t good. Very overpriced. Drinks have no actual alcohol in them. Total scam.

Excellent x your beach and location. There are things to improve. I would choose it again if I return to San Andrés. The island is only for 4 days… If you decide more is to do leisure.

Great family choice, had an amazing week with the whole family. Front desk staff not always available but it was busy as well. They made sure we had all we needed for our senior member of the family and special needs child. You have all you need in the Hotel, white sand beach 40 steps from your door, clean and good size pool, 2 level restaurant and lovely views at night. Good price, good service. One little hiccup: Staff had to fix roof gutters leaking the morning after a big storm, they located a couple of scaffolds right in front of our door; didn't see anybody working for 2 days until I complained, then they began working making a lot of noise at 7 am. Report was made to front desk, lack of coordination.

Comfortable, with good beaches, comfortable room, with good view and ventilation. Excellent attention and predisposition of the boy who carries the suitcases. Very bad Wi-Fi connection. The receptionist was not very friendly.

1. Rain drops fell onto our bed through the ceiling enough to make proper puddles on the bed! Ridiculous! 2. Bed linen felt very irritating. I had to put a towel under myself to sleep. 3. No sound proof walls. You can hear everything from the corridor. 4.4-5 street dogs that should be carrying a lot of germs were free to chill in the dining area for breakfast. One of the waiters tried to shoo them away which didn’t quite work. 5. Facilities are generally very old. This hotel needs some serious refurbishment.

Totally advisable. Excellent attention. With a fantastic beach in front of the hotel and a restaurant with very varied offer. If you are going to eat without being in the hotel, then they let you use the lounge chairs. That's great.

Location is great but the staff, smell, noise and facilities are items to improve. The staff is rude and they don't go by the rule "customer first", quite the opposite, they believe you have to thank them for let them stay at their hotel. Sewage smell at the hotel from the reception to the beach is strong. Apparently it is common in that area of San Luis to run open sewers. Air conditioners are old and they make noise like jet airplanes. Since AC condensers are hanged at the reverse of the wall of your bedroom, you can hear them and even feel them considering the vibration of the not-well maintained AC units. We complained about it and they just tell you that they are not enough rooms to change us and there are not maintenance guys at the island. Facilities require a huge improvement to be considered at least a 3-stars hotel. Summing up, we felt robbed since paying U$250 per night for such bad hotel is definitely not worth the money. Please consider Decameron hotels or similar for same price but not this hotel even if the location is a plus. The beach in the front of the hotel is infested with jellyfish and locals believe is due to constant running sewage to these beach.

The island in general is not ready to receive tourism. The attention is bad. They charge you everything as if it were excellent, and do not say what they offer Q. It is a generality Q we observe on the island. According to other friends (staying in other places) this hotel was less worse q the q they met.

I love it. Family, excellent food. Beach and sea 24 hours without leaving the site. Good way toilet and attention.

This located in the best beach of San Andres, the restaurant is located with a view to the beach and is very quiet the place, the only point for me would be the transport.

A very good hotel I have loved although something bad is that there are dogs that take from the rest pool is a very good place to vacation.

Nice hotel but lack maintenance. The bathroom was flawed and didn't work out. With a little bit of dedication it would be much better. The beach is nice with calm sea.

The most surreal service I have ever witnessed. Didn't get half of what we asked for. Ordered BBQ chicken sandwich and got a tuna sandwich. After we noticed we didn't get to change it. Ordered a bottle of wine, but was without wine for most part of the meal. Just surreal.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the stand. However, in the rooms there are many shortcomings. Mold in bath, blankets have water damage. Towel holders, paper holders are torn off. The staff at the restaurant has no desire to work. The food goes like this.

For years they mistreat the dogs of the beach, however they invent stories to try to cover the acts of cruelty and animal abuse in an irresponsible way and disrespect. This time two dogs disappeared with their cubs, they lie that they were going to take them to a shelter and then they had returned. Dubious words that are seen to have killed those puppies and the dogs. They are not involved in looking for an active solution, such as the issue of sterilization. They only represent the lowest of the human being who is to be destructive by nature. Not to go. And read the rest of the opinions, burglaries in the rooms, lack of cleanliness, bed bugs, food poisoning from the hotel. Read the rest of the opinions. This slaughterhouse got out of hand.

Great place to spend a nice weekend relaxing. We booked a suite and the balcony had a direct view to the beach which was excellent. Love the beach, very quite and was within walking distance of Rocky Cay. On the downside the staff in the lobby doesn't speak any english and the restaurant don't have many options and closes very early. If you feel like getting a beer or something to eat you can buy some snacks in a local store nearby that open until midnight.

I don't know what that is as a hotel but as a restaurant I think the dishes are expensive for what they offer. Small portions, flavor avarage, but good care.

Excellent view and a very quiet beach. Few people unlike the north beach, resulting in increased space for the enjoyment of the couple or the family. I suggest that you correct the root cause of bad smell from the nearby restaurant.

Very good service, nice hotel and a restaurant that offers dishes of good quality and quantity (that has a children's menu is excellent for the family trip) ; the hotel has a beach and is quiet and clean. 100 metres walk along the beach there is a club in the hotel where you can spend the day and eat delicious. 100% recommend it.

Probably the best hotel on the island. Best feature is that it's right on the beach. Owners are very friendly.

We stayed in October with my family and we had a great time, all around spectacular from the first moment we arrived the good vibes of the receptionists made us feel that we were going to spend a few days great, the hotel is charming the girls service very attentive, the food spectacular — a warm greeting to the Chief Itti — were a few days really nice for us, we pull it back with a lot of taste. A hug to all of Cocoplum Claudio and family.

We went to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my lady and anniversary number 29. Excellent attention on the part of the employees, ENDER, JEAN CLAU, JAZMIN, MISS TSI, SHARY, LUISA AND EDGARDO. To go again would return to choose. An unforgettable journey, always well-disposed to troubleshoot any kind of inconvenience. Thank you for everything. We will see you soon.

Very good hotel, very good attention, very rich food, excellent location, I stay with my family and we had a delicious, many thanks, trusting in God we will return, a council. Improve the bathrooms.

Great but a little slow on the food.

Everything is very good except at the time of settling the accounts… invent drinks from the bar or restaurant. Take care and do well accounts! Also charge commissions for the procurement of transportation or excursions.

The hotel is awful and the attention of their owners fearful.

A spectacular hotel on the Island of San Andres.

It is wonderful but stop missing actualisarlo because there are pictures of as of a year ago or more the others this very vien.

If you want to rest more fun, more a bit of peace and quiet. This hotel is perfect. I highly recommend it.
