Worst hostel on the island. The place is located in an area that taxi drivers describe as very dangerous, one even told me about shootings. There are no lockers in the room, you don't get a key for the room door and when we tried closing it during the night the door didn't fit. The reception is rarely ever staffed and you better speak Spanish — there is only one guy that knows English Worst of all, the next morning half my money was gone. When I confronted the host he at first insisted that this does not happen in his place and questioned me. He mentioned that he would see everything on the video which is why there is no way I could be right. Then he accused the other 3 persons sleeping in the room, 2 of whom were not there at the time. Then he just started to make another bed in my dorm. I pushed him to go look at the video but all the sudden he couldn't and needed to call somebody else to do so. He continued with cleaning up so I threatened him with a bad rating if he does not help me. At that point he refused to help all together and told me to go stay somewhere else. What a moron. Worst hostel on the island.
