Hotel La Ballena Azul, was linked to the Day of Awareness for young people of the College of Taganga. Event organized by The Governorate of Magdalena, Fiscalia General de la Nación, COTELCO Magdalena, Migration of Colombia, ICBF, Ombudsman.

Very good hospitality and impeccable facilities. Beautiful Santa Marta Colombia.

Some of the better food on the beach. We had salmon ceviche, gazpacho, and salmon quesadilla. It was all very good but a little expensive. We had a pina colada that was awful — I recommend sticking with beer here. The server was chatty and funny — we’ll be back.

A magnificent hotel with an exquisite restaurant.

It is a hotel where what they say they offer meet. The workers are cordial, kind. Always aree l'an the rooms and leave everything very clean and organized has two public Jacuzzis Chiquis. Its location gives right to the beach so there are several rooms that have a nice balcony with a view of the sea. Has on the terrace a bar done every day they put on music and sell drinks. It has a restaurant and the food is OK not very large dishes rather normal. They have parking. They find several taxis leaving the hotel as well as people who offer you plans to visit beaches. Nearby are the fishing boats and the ones that take you on excursions. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. And places where they sell rich juices.

Literally a few steps from the sea. When you transpose the front door you already have sand on your feet and the hotel provides towels at reception for a day on the beach. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning and ceiling fan in good condition. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across the sidewalk, where I recommend sitting looking towards the boulevard and the Sea. Both here and in the hotel, the staff are friendly in general. Half a block from the hotel there is a cellar where you can buy table water or mineral, and there are also restaurants around. If you want to take the bus to Santa Martha, the stop is one block away.

It is highly recommended for the tranquility, relaxation and good facilities that are there. Its terraces offer the most beautiful sunsets in the city. The treatment that the guests receive is fabulous… recommend to 100% this place.

Very friendly staff. Very clean everything except that there is noise from the bar on the top floor, the Jacuzzi is always dirty and with the pigeons inside. Could improve.

Pretty basic hotel. Rooms were clean and had working ac units, towels, soap and shampoo. The early morning was very noisy due to the birds and cats outside. We got a free breakfast at the Crepe restaurant next door which was ok. Service from the staff was great.

There is no swimming pool and it is a hotel that does not have afecuadas security measures. The Sands on the stairs are worn, there is sand and water all over the floor and there is no where to dry the feet or the footwear after coming from the sea.

Very regular, it highlighted the attention of the receptionist Viviana. Of rest rooms with cockroaches and the kitchen service pretty bad!

Located in front of the beach, spacious rooms. The design of the hotel is nice but lacks maintenance.

I had the experience of my life here.

Very sad and unpleasant our family stay. Very small room for a couple and their 9 year old boy. Dark by day, noisy at any time, bath tiny, old, ugly. The light went on the two nights we were and the plant was lit 30 min later, without power supply for air conditioning. Cockroaches appeared at night on the floor. The price quite high compared to what you get, as it really looks like a hostel and not a hotel.

Excellent hotel, it is in front of the Sea of Taganga, the service is very good. Very good location. I recommend it.

Awesome location, large rooms and friendly staff. However everything a bit old and needs improvement, it's comfortable but nothing luxurious.

It is a beautiful place, access to the beach, clean, the employees very friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfasts.

It lacks hot water, cleaning in the Jakuzi down the seats and q the most beautiful feet.

Rooms are unpretentious, although price is not. Service was ok, but poor in extras.

Parrandas are organized sometimes in the hotel bar. And if want to sleep early and have the dream light… that would be a problem.
Otherwise all OK.

It has no swimming pool but is well located facing the sea even if you have people malandra outside.

The care is very good and the food much better, my honeymoon was very cute in taganga nonpense q would be so nice experience.

We had dinner, fish tacos, were nice, but got sick at night. Great service.

The hotel looks quite careless, furniture that are located in the hallways you notice the passage of time. The bathroom of the room had a curtain what already looked yellow, besides that I had a strange odor. Rooms without mini bar.

Very noisy place. The staff starts to work around 6am and wakes you up making noise in the hotel. Very pricey compared to the quality/service.

Spacious rooms. It is right in front of the beach. On the side there are good bars and restaurants. It is safe and good, it also includes complimentary breakfast. It is the best choice of accommodation in Taganga.

Very good Hotel, excellent staff, clean, close to all Beach business and personal best, I had a faint and the 20 minutes was an ambulance and staff. 10 the recommended hotel for all.

Very poor attention to guests, too expensive, very dirty and abandoned hotel, very bad.

Take a suite and not was so cheap that we say, that I do not bother much but what if I bother to the Jacuzzi that was in the room not Serbia and switched on a rotten smell emanated.

I wanted to ask if you have Beach, ps is that the sea is nearby but is a beach that you can enjoy? And prices. Thank you. I just saw a camera and the beach is not good. : (

The Carebean Burger was very good. Also the Pie de Coco.
The chef Fausto is a funny guy. The staff is usually very good. There is a waiter who makes good impression at one time flat. It heavily depends on who is doing the service. The kitchen is open, so you can see how clean it is. The restaurant has an espresso machine. The Wi-Fi doesn't always work.
The menu has many pasta dishes, such as the most places in Tanganga. However, spaghetti Carbonara are inappropriate.

Pleasant. But to improve toilet of the imperial suite, there is no where serving a drink not a cover to eat. Too bad the noise and vegetation cover view on their best room. Batteries.

Lovely, very comfortable, a delicious meal, an excellent location in front of the sea, a terrace where you can enjoy the breeze of the sea and the most incredible les sunsets, it is the only hotel in the area since the others are hostels.

Of the som service very bad.
