Review point of view coming from two USA tourists age 25. The hotel was beautiful. The view was incredible; unforgettable! Food at the restaurant was delicious and from the looks of the town of Taganga, I’d say the best in the area. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff! Safe place! Clean! We had a big room with a nice sized bathroom and great view (paid extra for the view and so worth it). Bathroom had cold water shower but for a change in my lifestyle and the heat of May, it was enjoyable. The city of Taganga I felt was VERY lackluster. I would not visit the town again but the hotel made the trip enjoyable. We went in May so it was slow season. Hardly any tourists and all locals made it feel more unsafe and like a ghost town. Doesn’t seem like a fun place for someone my age in general but possibly in their peak season it could be. Lots of fun good looking bars and discotecs but they were empty so I’m not sure. I saw some reviews about hidden fees, I did not have that experience.

Very good place, great service. But book by Booking and there desps I was charged some concepts that at no point informed me and it was a considerable sum.

Overall the stay was very good. Keep in mind that the superior rooms are very noisy with the breeze. Everything else was very good (comfort, food, service)

The room was ugly and not clean. From what we saw from the hotel we realized that we were in the oldest part, at the top the rooms should be newer. Another thing: I had sent an email to ask if we could leave our backpacks for two nights while we were going to tayrona park to which I was told there was no problem. When we wanted to leave them they did not leave us as "a few days ago they had left 12 backpacks and then they had been accused of lack of belongings". They offer services that don't give you and don't give you security.

At that Hotel they stole my daughter and was the receptionist Jorge, they left the room to go to dinner and forgot something and returned was the gate door closed with a padlock as no one came jumped the door and went to their room or surprise CU Ndo are to enter are the receptionist inside the room saying they had forgotten an open tap thing that is lying the floor was completely dry then started to throw water to the floor to justify XQ was inside. For more than 2 hours they expect X a responsible and no one gives them an answer. A shame and some Thieves Do Not go to this hotel Rob they took 300 dollars out of the safe and left the rest you take some of the money so you do not know, but it was just the three new banknotes that had x that they realized and obviously x the missing They had it counted.
A total Shame.

It is a bay which the people of the sector are very welcoming and for that and many things more, I invite you to my colombia.

A brilliant place to relax before and after our ciudad Perdida trek — amazing views over the bay, lovely food, refreshing pool and helpful staff. We had a great stay here, and will definitely be back for longer next time we're in Colombia.

Excellent location, food, presentation and hygiene within the hotel. You can improve the experience did help the guest with information on activities and places nearby. Very highly recommended. Without a doubt, it will be my choice when I return to Taganga.

Excellent hotel for spending a few days in Taganga! The breakfast included was very good and the view from the restaurant towards the bay unbeatable!. Without a doubt, the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi are the best part of the hotel if spending a quiet time it is. Do not put 5 stars, because its location makes touch up quite a few stairs daily to get to the rooms. I will definitely recommend you!

Rooms are OK. In strong winds, some rooms are very loud.
Germans seem undesirable here. The man behind the counter can hardly hide his rejection. There is no elevator. But those who have made the last meters to the hotel can do so. The corner of Tanganga should be avoided at night. The Wi-Fi was OK.

My experience was the best, the hotel is beautiful, has an air between colonial and modern that gives it a very nice touch, on the other hand, the view is unmatched both day and night, the solarium is excellent, the service is very good with very friendly staff always aware of everything, in conclusion is delighted and would return many times without thinking! highly recommended.

It is most beautiful ever seen so beautiful really beautiful is definitive look to the beautiful pool I would like to go again.

The best hotel in taganga, a superb view of the entire Bay of taganga and part of the port of santa marta, a swimming pool, wonderful with lost horizon that makes us feel inside the Bay without leaving our hotel, also a jacuzzi-style Mediterranean with a Jacuzzi that rests.
It is located on the road to playa grande, calle 4 No. 1 B — 35 taganga.
