We really liked it. Nice, good food, easy access to the beach. 'll.

Worst hotel experience. Was charged for extra items from mini bar and there was no way to proved otherwise. Personal not friendly and food was not fresh… over price for the kind of hotel and was offered beach front but it is 1 block away from beach. I will not recommend this to anyone.

We rate it 100/100!. Excellent attention, our beautiful room, ventilated, with a wonderful view. To breakfast we felt like princes with sebastian's attention. What a pretty attitude of that boy!. At the reception, super well taken care of by deisy. Isabella. Lenin. Alex. The super recommend!. At the beach club, there was only one old man, half rude, giving us the towels reluctantly. It was the only mole. But it does not tarnish our perception of well-being and desire to return to santorini. With them to change the hateful lord of the beach club or give him a course of customer service and good manners. It will suffice. Hahaha… congratulations to SANTORINI staff. Thank you!.

Excellent place to stay in Bello Horizonte beach.

This hotel has restaurant-pools. A beautiful bar in. The terrace. We were very close. I emphasize the staff Q we attended very well and helped us with excursions tours…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Super clean rooms, comfortable and cozy. Their swimming pools are small but in this seat they have three and additionally you can make use of the other swimming pools in the other facilities of Santorini. The sector is quiet and although this hotel is not exactly in front of the beach they have a direct access and a restaurant bar in front of it.

Great hotel to spend any season. Good attention. Excellent food. Comfortable rooms. Close to places of interest in the city. Attention 24 hours. Excellent location.

Disorganized, we arrived, no air conditioning. We had to send him to repair twice and spend a night in the heat. Then for the rains the light went out one day, but the rest of the buildings and hotels had an electric generator. Except this place. Well 1 day and a half whole without light… positive thing? At least when you complained to the people who looked after the villas, they were very open to finding solutions and making you feel a little better. But for the price I don't think the conditions of the villas are right.

Super bad experience, poor attention for the guests, would never return, instead of enjoying your trip you spend a bad drink with the attention received.

Very bad experience in the hotel, we stayed at the Villas Santorini and we moved in two taxis to these villas because it is three blocks from the hotel and a taxi driver broke a suitcase, which were not held responsible saying it was an external service of them PE Ro we did not ask to be moved, much less paid to the taxi then they insinuated that they did not know if the suitcase was already broken, almost telling us that we did not want to take advantage of them.
The manager never gives the face and the receptionist only say they follow instructions and are not decisive, if you will hopefully not have a mishap or situation unfavourable as they do not take care of anything. I would not go back and my recommendation is negative, if you can stay somewhere else better, avoid this Hotel, the deal is not at all friendly.

Only hotel on the beach. Cheap on the night shift a very friendly gentleman but the lady of the day… At last for that price you can't demand more.

We would go back if they could, divine the pools, the terrace has spectacular view! It has one of the best sushi in Santa Marta in the restaurant above! Good reception and very comfortable rooms!

I'd go back whenever I could. Attention is dedicated, formal and polite. The different pools available, especially the Arabian house and the Ocean View terrace are great. The restaurants are up to par, with prices for nothing exaggerated. The beach Club is the most, tents, drinks, food and care on the beach which is one of the cleanest and most comfortable of all Santa Marta. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All this great. That said, some areas seem sloppy in painting, and general status, which one does not expect to find here, but nothing to affect the experience.

Great place. The neighborhood s isolated, though, so there isn't much else around.

Great place, friendly and attentive staff. Some congestions at breakfast time and very limited menu in fruits.
Just 1 block from the beach but located in a sector that has very bad access roads.

It is a place that gathers all the qualities to satisfy the most demanding public, spectacular rooms, an incredible view, buffet of first and its infrastructure is very elegant and according to the ambient.

Initially we paid to stay in villas but they are on second floor and we bring baby car, so we requested change for room a little more accessible. The Lobby Staff very kindly managed the change and the solution of our inconvenience making us feel super satisfied with the attention. The staff is VERY Friendly and the breakfast is varied and Delicious! 1000% recommended for stay with family (we were conditioned a corral of the hotel for greater comfort for our baby) is half a block from the beach (the walk of limited to cross to the beach House) service of awning and the food besides delicious at a convenient price. Successes!

Beautiful very good attention. Pool very fresh thanks to its sercania the sea has beautiful social areas. A comfortable beach with good care easy access.

A place to spend a dream vacation. It has 3 pools, one of them on the terrace with a wonderful sea view. Spacious and tidy rooms, with mattresses in perfect condition. Restaurant and Sky bar with varieties of food and drinks. Sea Club with direct access to the beach and all the Q services may be needed on a beach day.
But the best of all is the attention and warmth of the staff, they make you feel the only guest.

I have stayed at the Santorini hotel 4 different times. It needs some updating.

I like the facilities, both in the Resort and in the Boutique is very well located, the beach is quieter and you can enjoy the maximum; The food is rich, people are attentive to the majority.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly, at reception rather complicated for the customer, reservations with booking impossible to modify them against the customer.
I consider it a very costly service as to what was received.

Terible, do not waste your money, the man that work at front desk overnight is very rude, the front desk people is constantly remind you of your check out date, they micromanage who are you with, is like you have absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The building is dirty, it need painting and maintenance.

This is a great place to relax. Excellent staff, clean rooms, nice pool, and just a 2-minute walk to beach with chairs, tents, and towels waiting. I've been there a few times and hope to return again soon.

They sell it as a beach hotel and it isn't, it's in front of the the street of the beach and has a beach club bout a couple of meters but it is not a beach hotel, food Ian bad but isn't good, excellent service it's okay for the price but had so much inconveniences you should know. Wi-Fi sucks, a lot of mosquitoes inside the room, we had to keep up calling for they to go and spray some insecticide, the don't refil amenities so when we wanted to shower we had to ask for more, and our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to reception for all of this. As well we had tour booked up early and they didn't have the breakfast at the time we where told.

Best sushi bar in the country.

Already nearly 4 years ago, we passed our honey Moon, attentions were excellent, now think back with our 2-year-old baby and hope that everything will be great.

The hotel is very nice. Although today at the end of the year party stole me a bottle of whisky from my desk at the moment in which we were watching the fireworks. At the time of the complaint, the response of the staff was that it was very difficult to take care of the things in the tables, and they hinted that I was telling lies. Leaves very little that want security and service.

We went on honeymoon at this hotel and we were delighted, facilities beautiful and neat; fantastic food, all very well, but for us the greater Fort which has this hotel is the people; every since you enter, the staff very attentive, very friendly very friendly very decent. Applause for beloved people.
