Recomendadisima the Junior Suite 404, with a spectacular view to the beach of los cocos and el Morro, from the balcony and from the dining room. In the morning, visit of a family of squirrels that pass by the balcony. Of 1 to 10, rating 1000. Blessings to all the staff.

It Is a hotel with excellent customer service, comfortable rooms; TV, air conditioning, balcony. It Is located half a block from the sea and very close to the center of Santa Marta, a quiet residential area.

A good space to rest; as this close to the sea, and not the avenues.

The cleanliness and condition of the rooms is not the best. In the Presidential suite where there is stove, delivered a single pot, burned, without handles, just a plate, the bathroom leaks.

There is not a fridge in every room when on the page says there is a fridge in the room they should also implement something like a safe to save the valuables there is also someone who has to correct and is the bathroom construction because it was neither well glued Or the part of the sink.

An excellent place to rest; Customer service can be better.

General lack of maintenance, the toilet kid was broken as well as the shower head. The mattresses were not the best, although they weren't too bad either. In the morning they made me wait 45 minutes for my breakfast, whish was OK.

Lousy service, too bad because the hotel is very well located but they need to improve the staff that attends to guests. The waiter that I attended (29 dec 2017 02 jan 2018) lousy, is not agile, does not bring what one asked for in the breakfast and in general for the high season don't give enough with the breakfast, if you can not should not be included, nor were many things of the letter then no deberoa be hotel if you do not hostal. When I was handed the room, the bath and the division of the bathroom were dirty, you could tell he had not cleaned the bathroom before you bring me the fourth. I would not recommend and not return.

Hotel very good for the price, this in a quiet location, close to the beach (the beach is not very nice), the breakfast is very simple and the coffee very bad, also has some moisture through seepage on the walls. But in general the rooms are acceptable with relatively new things.

It can be a wonderful place but there are obvious difficulties with the service that Comiensan with the treatment of some enpleados… add to this the variety in the food and breakfasts… not good quality… no fruit or fish there are no desserts… basically this many GRA Cias.

I didn't take photos… :/ But it is excellent! In the entrance there is an aquarium in the floor where you can see the fish. The price is very comfortable with breakfast included… Lunch at a good price, parts with air, the shower has 2 keys, one with regular water and the other with warm water (if you prefer) and TV with cable… the restaurant has a section with air-conditioning or if you prefer the breeze of the sea there is a terrace with tables and umbrellas; also, the area of parking lot is monitored 24 hours a day, so that is around the restaurant. The beauty parlor is 2 blocks away (when I stayed it was for an important event). The attention was very special all the time!
