I took the room 6B on May 15th to May 20th of this 2026. The room has a lot of issues that I would love to number here:
1 La nevera no funciona esta dañada (Fridge is broken, it doesn't work)
2. The Wi-Fi never worked and we message the owner and the guy in charge of the unit Noone made a comment.
3. Main washroom toilet rim is broken.
4. The washroom roof is falling down.
5. The washroom shower doesn't drain.
6. The washroom door doesn't lock.
7. Pots and pans in really bad conditions.
8 The guy in charge took our clothes to laundry and it came back 3 days later and still wet and smelly.
9. No toilet paper provided in any of the washrooms (2 washrooms)
10 The balcony screen doesn't lock.
In general Jordan and friends should be ashamed to put this room for rent without proper care. Thanks to this bad experience we don't want to deal with Santa Marta anymore.
