Amazing place with super nice people. Adrenaline addicts is right next door so get a motorcycle tour from the friendliest of people!

Lovely place to stop by and grab something to eat or drink… service is wonderful from the entrance. I strongly recommend this place.

Nice hostel! Crew is really friendly and helpful. Rooms have a lot of space and every thing is clean. The bar in the hostel is a good place to hang out, get to know other guests and chat.

Really nice hostel. Nice space, clean, very friendly staff. Bar provides an interaction atmosphere for the guests, as well pool and game room. Enjoyed a lot to stay there. Would do it again.

This place has great facilities. Location wise it’s outside the center and you need a taxi. The pool, the lounge area, bar and possibilities to buy food/snacks there are great. Finally, the staff is friendly.
Yet, the Music with DJ at the pool is nice, maybe there was a specific party, yet the music did not stop before at least 1.30 and therefore was very loud and our room was next to it, so noisy doesn’t even cover it. If this is in general they definitely could and should improve this part.

What a hostel! A must stay if your in Santa Marta, Staff are amazing and friendly and definitely know how to party! There is no way to experience The Drop Bear unless you stay, so get booking!

I loved the drop bear hostel! The staff are so friendly and I met some great people! It's in a great location do the lost city trek! I would 100% stay here again!

A very fun hostel! Great vibes and spacious rooms. Hanna the bar tender is awesome! Pool and vibe is awesome.

Great hostel. Big spacious rooms and comfy beds. The pool is where everyone hangs out in throughout the day cause it is soooooo hot in Santa Marta. Stoked the kitchen made proper bacon as well. Needed those big hearty breakfasts when the bar has 8 happy hours throughout the day.

We were really disappointed of this hostel. Beds are uncomfortable, music is being played all day and night full volume (earliest it stopped once was at 4:30am so no chance of getting a good night sleep). Also there is a construction site right next door and they start at 7am. Kitchen is ridiculously equipped (tiniest fridge, pots and frying pans without handles and dirty, barely any cutlery or plates and the microwave and toaster are just for kitchen staff use) and the weirdest and rudest thing we experienced was when we caught the kitchen staff taking food for their use out the free food basket for backpackers. Only good thing about this hostel was the pool.
