Had a great time here with my girlfriend and her family.
The service is good. Shout out to Sandra and Dalia who made our stay especially comfortable.
Why a 4 instead of 5? For old folks, the three story climb was tough. If you’ve got older family that can be a bit of a challenge.
Also, the hotel is far away from just about everything. If you want to eat anything other than the food here, it can be a bit of a hike into town.
Lastly, the playa is close by, but it’s still about a 5 minute walk, and right by a construction site for a new hotel being built. Again, not a dealbreaker, but not exactly the “ocean view” experience we had thought when we booked. We had assumed you could just walk out from the hotel and be in a private part of the beach.
So overall? Would recommend. But for young people who are down to walk and open to an adventure 😎
