A tourist trap at its best. They let you pay 60k COP to enter, in exchange for a very basic lunch and a drink. Not a cocktail, juice or a Coke no, only the cheapest drinks on the menu. We got charged extra when we were about to leave. The view is nice, but the music was so loud that it was hard to enjoy it. Don't go there, there are cheaper and cosier alternatives.
DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to connect with nature and enjoy the views. This is literally a club (with terrible music) in the mountains. If by any chance you do decide to stay here, stay in Sede 2. The food is mediocre and tasteless. Such a shame because the place is gorgeous. I suggest you come up here for the day pass if you’re curious about it but even then I wouldn’t come back… just skip it and thank me later.

We stayed at this hotel last week after having a great experience here a few years ago, but unfortunately the quality has gone down a lot since they expanded.
The rooms are built extremely close to each other, so there is basically no privacy at all. To make things worse, our room didn’t even have chairs, which made it feel very poorly equipped and uncomfortable.
We specifically booked the “quiet section” because we wanted to relax, but every single day there was extremely loud music. There was also no electricity every night during our 5-day stay. The staff told us this had already been happening for weeks, which makes it even more disappointing that nobody informed us during check-in.
When we mentioned the noise and reminded them that they had promised this section would be quiet, there was basically no reaction or solution offered. We felt ignored as guests.
On top of that, the food was very basic.
It’s sad because this place used to feel special, but now it seems they focused on growing bigger while the service and guest experience seriously declined.
