The facilities beautiful and the food is very good, I would not recommend it in terms of safety, I lost a money, right after that came the hotel staff to leave some blankets, and after the alleged investigation, the safety person said that the staff can enter the room without the permission of the guest, how are you? and where is the protocol of privacy.

Large rooms with spectacular double bed all clean and nice. The whole hotel overall Loved it, a la carte food and very good, excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Great location for a visit to cerrejon. Food is average, service is ok. Lovely pool. Many of the machines in the gym were either broken or out of service.

The hotel is about 50 minutes from Rioacha, the capital of the department of La Guajira, shortly before arriving to Albania, which is a small population. It has a pool and three jacussis. The rooms are comfortable and retain a low temperature, in the evenings, it is not required for use of air conditioning. Maybe its distance to tourist sites no you prefer, because as a tourist you must spend hours in a vehicle to get to them.

Excellent place to stay for a couple of days and visit the surroundings in La Guajira. Very nice and comfortable.

La Guajira is amazing with its wonderful scenery, its people and its attention. The hotel super very good attention its friendly people and the good food.

I think the place is beautiful. At reception however you can improve the attention, was not very friendly the person who attended me and when requesting information did not give it in the best way. Worth a visit.

The facilities are beautiful, but very few of the staff serve them well… The food is costosisima, delayed, full of fat and are also well-stingy, the showers of the swimming pool are 4 and works only 1, the hot tubs are ice cream… At the time of checkout does not provide a service to bathe if one wants to stay more time 12… The elevator is not working, so if you wanted to take something from the bar had to go up to the 1st floor, instead you assume the damage that you have and serve them to the customers in the pool… In the room was damaged the key for the shower… there Never was nobody in the bar or in the reception of the wetland

Seldom have I been surprised so much a hotel for good. The Hotel has 3 fundamental flaws, 1. The Way out of the rooms to the restaurant area and the pool.
2. Too Many stairs and not very well thought out make a hike that by distance does not take 2 or 3 minutes to become one of 8 or 10 minutes.
3. This is not necessarily a flaw, but for someone who eats as much as I do, not being able to repeat any food fully is annoying.
However these problems are compensated with the elevator, the beautiful views, the fauna that walks around, the exquisite season and the variety on the menu. The cocktails are delicious and have good liquor, while the snacks are worth a lot. When buying tours I give 2 recommendations 1. Negotiating is an option when there are numerous groups, you can save 50 — 60 dollars that serve enough wayú products.
2. Take a good Look at the transport times you have and keep in mind that traveling by bus is always uncomfortable, I highly recommend the Cape of the sail in 4x4 vans, you enjoy much more the trip and will not suffer by unexpected jumps.

Beautiful hotel. Not vegan or gluten free friendly. You'll have to bring your own food. Staff are very nice but just can't understand that people have different diets. Been here at least 10 times for work but after multiple requests asking they add a vegan gluten free option, there is nothing; other than a very limited fruit plate and a super oily vegetable rice. Bring your own food. By day 2 you won't have any variety.

An Excellent hotel to spend a weekend in Le Guajira. Good service and very good infrastructure.

It was a wonderful experience, the kindness of its employees, always with a smile, the place is full of details that we loved, its beautiful swimming pool, we lacked the time to keep enjoying, I will definitely recommend you and of course I'll be back.

Got to hotel at 1100, sure, my room is not ready, check in starts at 3pm, I can wait, but guess what? is 1530, they sent me and my party down in the rain to my 3 rooms, 200 meters walk to fid that the rooms are not ready or close to be, after speaking with manager all I git eas a "system is not updated" excuse. Hope this gets better as this was suppose to be the nice hotel of the region. Wish all better luck if indeed decide to come this way.

Its a very beautiful place! The people who work there are very professional and have great service! The pool is amazing and so are the landscapes from it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves tranquility and wanting to experience something different.

A nice place, that includes the modernity of a hotel friendly to the environment you have everything you need to relax in style.

The rooms away from the reception desk does not have access to the Internet, in the gym, water leaks and equipment that do not work are rusting, the fridge despite the fact of being connected does not work and the maintenance in general is poor, the bathroom door does not close properly. Do not collect the dishes from the meal when you ask for room service and stay for up to 12 hours outside of the room and the phone line does not work, despite having requested the settlement of this. This has been before the first 24 hours of stay.

A very good hotel with all the amenities. Excellent to rest and spend family time with swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, two restaurants and rooms quite comfortable but sometimes the attention of the staff of the hotel is not very good.

Our view of the hotel waya, wasn't so nice, first facilities are not appropriate, elderly people could because they are stairs, staircases and rooms are not lejisimas for the pool, the restaurant there are no ramps, the staff is nice, the waiters are delayed for an order whether a simple soda 45 minutes, not mention of the restaurant, but maluco is that it has not finish one lunch or dinner when already they are passing the Bill to sign, for that if they are busy, and also must be one battery in watch what they charge because you spend it is not or are you running something that you have not asked attention is nice, and they charge as 4 star hotel that has nothing, and that it was not full, as will be if I had it? hopefully improve and placed an urgent general manager, that this slope, not a few types that they spend watching from afar and not put the remedy to the things, and train staff, from which receives it, lacking much to regret, if not placed a personal front who knows how the handling of what a hotel and good care, I see them bad, recreation for children.
