This hotel is a true gem. We loved our room, it was spacious and neat.

Very nice hotel. Some rooms are small. Good service. They offer a delicious breakfast. Very close to the hot springs. The only inconvenience is that it is not close to a good restaurant.

For the service I would even give 6 stars if possible. Form the arrival to the minute we left we were warmly welcomed.

Hacienda Guayabel was like a stop in some magical storybook😍 From the beautiful landscapes to the phenomenonal service, everything was perfect.

Best massage ever! The hotel arranged a therapist to meet us in the morning, and it was outstanding! The breakfast afterwards — all coming from the super cute outdoor kitchen — AMAZING!

The team was excellent. Daniel was a great chef. Very good views. Peaceful at night with a very pleasant visit from the onsite dog. Apollo.

We stayed for one night but we were able to pack a lot in. We started our evening with a shower in the outdoor shower overlooking the Chicamocha canyon, amazing!

Very nice hotel with a great view on the Chicamocha Canyon. The rooms are very good with a warm shower. The beds are a little hard, but better hard then to soft.

Family friendly hotel about a 10 minute drive to Chicamocha National park. Our family had a wonderful stay. Señor Jorge made us feel right at home.

It is a very quiet hotel, it is a shame that they only offer breakfast, it has a sink in the center of the rooms offering a delicious lullaby.

I loooved La Casona! It was the perfect place to stay while exploring the Coffee Area. The location is central and close to most tourist attractions—the Coffee Park is only 2 km away.

This place was fantastic. Small basic room. But very clean and almost in new condition. I would have paid twice the price and been happy.
