The site very nice
but the very ugly lunch and past the expensive entrance with lunch 95 pesos it is better to take lunch 👍

Do not buy package with food, they will serve you as if you were a beggar, the facilities leave much to be desired, dirty dishes without removing from the tables, they have no customer service, there are two restaurant spaces where they serve you in classism, stupid, we arrived at 12md. And we ask for the eleven and a waitress says that it is no longer time and that we must wait until 3pm to claim the fatal food! And that we had to go to the other side of the location! Which is depressing and dirty, horrible earthenware. I felt scolded and outraged by this great detail. The doors of the bathrooms lousy because you have to kick that. The only good thing is the hot springs. If you are going to go, take your food. They charge the additional parking. And far from everything. In itself they lack a lot of customer service, for their pauperrima and sad attention. Training and inspiration for your employees! So they love what they do and the manager lousy management. 😢

I found it surprising the fact that for the simple reason of paying for a day trip that included a lunch (which by the way, is better an executive of any place and does not deserve the price) ; tell me that I should sit in a certain space apart from the restaurant that seemed more comfortable!
Maybe to many it seems silly, to me it seemed an act of classism and inequality! it was paid a price very similar to that paid if you only pay the entrance and a la Carte lunch, but as it was day pass, I asked for a snack and I sat down the restaurant and literally the waitress comes to me and tells me:
— "We are going to serve you here because you have already sat down, but the lunch they claim and they sit on the other side".
And the "snack" was a tasteless panela water with a piece of cheese! please!
It was so uncomfortable the situation that we did not last more than 3 hours on Site, we had lunch and left because we had enough with that to feel too uncomfortable!
So! To finish. I do not recommend that you buy any tour, because they will be treated disparagingly and the price does not deserve to be offered.
It is preferable to pay the common entrance and eat a la carte, because apparently they have better service for these customers than for those who go with a day trip! <
or it is preferable to go to the other Thermal, where the dining room is the same for everyone and ready!

I had the opportunity to stay there during, a complete bridge, and I have to say that it has been one of the most rewarding and therapeutic experiences I have had in my life, both the facilities and the staff are first, I recommend it, it is a paradise to which I plan to return very soon.

Excellent service. Friendly and ready to serve employees at all times. The thermal pools clean and the place very neat. We had a mechanical problem with the bike and the maintenance employees lent us tools and even helped us. Price per night of 400, something expensive, butthe cabin very nice and with thermal blankets. The food is somewhat expensive, but it is worth it for the very different experience that can be lived there.

It is very expensive for what it offers to guests who want to stay. 400 thousand pesos a night is a 5 star hotel not wooden cabins with absolutely nothing.
The pools and thermal rivers are beautiful, but as a hotel it lacks too much. The facilities are poor, the cold at night are ridiculous, especially when the hotel is located in tons of thermal energy. You can hear everything the neighbors talk about and their snoring in the shower, and as if it were not enough the shower has cold water.
For its price, the restaurant is very bad. It looks like a village cafeteria, far from being able to charge more than 30 thousand pesos per plate.
Other hotels of much better level, have the same prices. They really are very, very lost in the hotel world.

Poor service of the staff, they attend reluctantly, 15 kilometers of uncovered road, pay 60 thousand pesos to be asked to deposit a padlock and not to rent a towel. Nice if it's the place, but lousy the service, and if you go one on a bike worse.

The site is short of space in high season, has just two bathrooms, little ones, in which the disorder is super cool, because in the bathroom, women get men, and no one regulates that. If one wishes to get out of the thermal pools do not have where to be made, and the pools are few and small, the river thermal as they call it is only a small pool with water that comes from the pool of bubbles… lots of things to improve. Not I were eager to return to the truth, landscape very cute and already.

We was super, it exceeded our expectations because we were afraid of having made a bad choice by comments of other visitors that expressed bad experiences. However we rely on the information of the web and our sense of smell traveller and, without a doubt, it was an excellent choice… super recommended.
