It is a wonderful place, full of charm and a unique landscape, only nature breathes peace and harmony, definitely an inspiring place.

Spectacular hotel,

The hotel is wonderful, warm and friendly staff, excellent food, very neat, spa delicious, the only detail to improve are the mattresses, at least in the room that we were (Iblis 5) is too soft and does not had a good night because of that unfortunately.

Rooms are small but nice. There is no AC or heating and you don’t need it! The air is fresh in the mountains :) they just need some mosquito nets, although not many came in despite leaving windows open. The scenery is 10/10 and there is a nice feeling of serenity :) Breakfast is typical of the area, nothing impressive if you come from a 1st world country, but you can’t expect it either in this case. The service is good though and relatively fast. They will get you rides and other things you may want delivered at reasonable prices.

Great hotel, great welcome from Christian who is a really cool guy. Every employee works really hard and makes sure that the guests have a wonderful stay. Thank you Christian and team.

I made the reservation 3 months ago, and in the previous month I called to explicitly request the room that I wanted and needed for my first anniversary of marriage, which was fully mapped, when I reach the 30th day of June to the hotel I was assigned a different ensuring that the room that we had to do and on the side had a damage in the pipe, which is not what I thought because it is the excuse that is typical for hotels that do not accept their mistakes, immediately I went to check and in the side room allegedly damaged had guests, and the Salome who we entitlement be observed through the ventaba completely perfect, ordered, and with luggage! Which we verified also the next morning, and it was evident the presence of guests there, in addition to the room assigned to us for being-family and two-flats is very high and cold so we did not have very good night. It seems to us outright that we want to see the face of fools (Cristian) when we knew that what we were saying was not true.

Spectacular! the view of the mountains is incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place. Getting there is easy, although the hotel is a bit hidden because it is behind a stop called the oaks.

Paradise. Clean, tranquil, comfortable, and picturesque. This place is a jewel. The main hotel is perched on a hill, with the breakfast area overlooking a verdant valley. This hotel also has a cabin, which we chose, that is nestled next to a stream that trickles over river rocks. The pine two-bedroom cabin has a simple but nice kitchen and cozy livingroom that opens onto a covered porch next to a small waterfall and over a pond. An outdoor jacuzzi made using natural rocks is the icing on the cake. The remote location of the cabin made it a perfect getaway, no cable or Wi-Fi, but the serenity of being surrounded by nature made it such a treat. The caretaker/gardener made a cozy fire for us, and our boys loved roasting marshmallows. Breakfast was included, and amazing every day, the chef surprised us with fresh fruit each day, freshly sqeezed juice and eggs to order with bread and delicious coffee (Milo for the kids). Christian took excellent care of us, seeing to our every need and making suggestions and recommendations that were excellent. We spent a lot of our time sightseeing but managed to squeeze in time to experience the jacuzzi and steam sauna along with dry sauna. They have a spa area for massage that is beautiful and with a stunning view of the valley. This place would be great for events, with a cool enclosed Pavillion over a manmade pond, as well as a covered deck overlooking the valley.

Very quiet Hotel, the rooms comfortable, the attention of the employees adequate, the bad thing is that close the kitchen very early.

This hotel is truly great! The staff are very attentive, the food is excellent, and the views from every room are enough to extend your stay for much longer. I can’t wait to get back there for hopefully a longer vacation!

Beautiful spot. We stayed in the lake cabin which has got to be one of the best experiences I've had. Log cabin with 2 bedrooms, a double in 1room and 2 singles in the other.

Beautiful place we have managed to find in the hotel booking monarch, his nature, the pure air for the right moment to escape and be in contact with tranquility, its people, the rooms, actually we're pleased, and we would return again and again!

Wonderful hotel; small but sufficient; helpfull staff; great view to the mountains; worth watching the sunset; I will definitely come again.

I stayed here with my dad for 2 nights and we both absolutely loved our stay! The views are absolutely stunning over the mountains, the rooms are extremely comfortable and relaxing and the breakfast was perfect! We enjoyed the spa for a morning and got a brilliant massage as well. Cristian on the desk was fantastic and did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. This hotel is the best place to spend your vacation it has so many things and such a amazing view. My 3 day vacation here was the best thanks to Vanessa and Bruno. The chef's food is wonderful I would definitely come back to this hotel thank you guys for and amazing vacation. Este hotel es el mejor lugar para pasar las vacaciones tiene muchas cosas para ver y una vista hermosa. Gracias a Vanessa y Bruno por hacer de mi vacaciones unas de las mejores.
