It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy in a great enviroment. If you need Wi-Fi, that comes with an extra charge; Panaca is just a short walk and immediately feel close to the animals of the area. I suggest going to Parque del Cafe, you only have to pay 25 dollars for transportation and twenty attractions that can be ridden once. Provided you want to make it to the thermal water, be ready with additional 120 US dollars and two hours drive.

The harassment of staff to sell multi-holidays is terrible. They won't let you rest. Please note that there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Room service is not available. Employees are lazy, unemployed. For the pony ride was only my son got a 2 minute ride. I requested an extra ride even though there were no more children and they did not leave. The employee preferred to sit down and chat than take the other turn. There's no service. You can tell the stinginess.

It was definitely better, since the new owners bought it have made many changes for Mal. We have been partners for 5 years and this visit was the worst of all. We came with a group of 30 foreign people and what I was giving was pity. All the time begging for a reservation in a restaurant, begging for a key Wifi (we got it dial for membership but could only use 2 people at a time Bone 2 of 30), for the ride or say (after being in line from 8 am, the Commission says that we can not give it because we do not have in the white bracelet that we should have received the day of entry I had to fight as if I worked at the reception, one that will know their new policies. It is a very sad thing, this place was very good but after this experience we even thought of canceling our contract although this 75% paid. The other partners in our group also had to threaten to cancel the contract after so much rogadera. We really hope that they will improve, we have come many times but in reality it is not worth returning to bring foreign tourists.

It is recommended to go early prepared to walk quite the whole day. If you have very young children they offer special cars to walk in the park.
The only show I didn't like was the pork, from the rest all are cute and professional.
I have no complaints about the food, the prices are considerable but not exaggerated.

The food is bad: little variety and always the same. It Has a single restaurant a la carte, but you have to book a turn at 7 in the morning and only has 18 tables.
The quality of the drinks is pretty poor we Didn't have hot water in the room, we claimed but we didn't solve the problem. They wanted to move Us to another room with the same problem. The customer service is very bad.
The location of the hotel is good and allows quick access to the Panaca park.

The hotel service is very good, the food delicious. Every day there are events and recreation for adults and children. The rooms are comfortable although not descrestantes, the hotel in general is very nice.

The service and attention of the excellent people, is not so great the hotel, no snack in the morning that is serious for an all inclusive, for children very chevre riding on ponies, milking cows, feeding the goats and piglets, take the eggs of the hens, there is an area of only adults, the food is good, there is an hour for a good coffee from 5 to 6pm, there is a bridge that connects to the hotel with panaca, that is fabulous, the rooms very comfortable and spacious, the mattresses can improve.

Decameron is always good, the lodging at this hotel includes the entrance to Panaca, but this time we had a bad experience, the specialized restaurants were closed and we were not able to book on them, the disco had the air conditioner turned off and the bartender He said it was bad, then when making the complaint the hotel denied everything saying that the air was working properly, since the chain passed owners has been discontinued, the staff is no longer as motivated as before.

Excellent facilities, service and food, gives you a relaxed and country-friendly atmosphere. Point to improve not of the hotel but of Decameron: the sellers of packages in Decas that are in all programs their hotels, they are too insistent and invasive, not enough a no for response and every day you insist knowing of your refusal. Please Decameron, sell your packages but train your vendors so they know to respect the rest of the tourist who visits your facilities, because the VERDSD that situation generates me too much discomfort, and tarnishes my precepcion and influences my decision to visit or Not the Decameron hotels.

We stayed in september the hotel was standard as far as accommodation but the experience for the kids milking the cows and feeding the piggies and grabbing eggs from the chicken hut was all worth it. The food was amazing kuddos to all the staff at the restaurant friendly and amazing food. I loved how the access to the park was just crossing a bridge. The spa was very nice as well and we enjoyed the coffee time. The only not so good experience was that I found the girl at the reception disrespectful she was hitting on my husband and made inappropriate remarks to me upon check out. I guess they see dollars and get hyper I believe they should train the girls in the front desk to be more professional. I had never ever had something like this happen to us at any hotel we have stayed and we have traveled quite a bit. Other than that great hotel and recommending it to my friends and family.

It is a very good place for holidays, all inclusive modality makes the stay much more enjoyable and makes that city dwellers can have a good approach to nature.

The hotel is built like a traditional coffee farm. The place is beautiful. Depending on the season the temperature is usually a bit cold, but not too much. The rooms don't have A/C but the nights are really cool so it isn't an issue. You are surrounded by nature, the cicadas sing all day long. The food is OK and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I had with the hotel is that, travelling with my infant, I have to lug the stroller around everywhere. This hotel is definitely NOT stroller/wheelchair friendly. The roads are paved with rustic cobblestone which looks beautiful but rolling something over that surface is really trying. All the attractions are nearby, as well as quaint towns and lots of handicrafts. I recommend you go to Panaca and the Parque Nacional del Café. The one thing I found unforgivable from the hotel is the quality of the coffee… Or lack thereof. In the midst of Colombia's coffee growing region having bad coffee is a sin.

I am on the second day of my 4-day hotel visit as I write this, so far our stay (for a 22 people group) has been extremely frustrating. Check in took 3 hours, we had reserved 4 villas and one hotel room and they were not ready, staff was rude and dismissive. There are only 2 restaurants in the very large property, one is a pretty lousy buffet and the other seems to be better, but reservations open at 7am and people stand in queue from 6:00, during a vacation! Administration establishes rules to run a boot camp or a massive low level hotel, definitively not the place to stay for good service. Options: villa at the hotel but organize food by yourself or go to one of the many hacienda cafeteras available.

The deal is 1st. The enormous variety in meals. There is much to do or participate in each time (without commitment). Attentions to my beloved wife and I were exceptional therefore enjoyed our honey moon. The only thing we didn't was that they occupy us one day to offer us a few vacation plans.
