All spectacular. The service and warmth of all people. Delicious food and excellent biosecurity protocol. It would be nice if they had a smooth road around the hotel to improve the movement of baby cars or wheelchairs.

I'm really disappointed. The bad food, no point of comparison with previous years. Malucan food chicken hard and bad taste and not to mention drinks and cocktails a total disaster for the price they charge so high is not worth coming back.

The place is very nice, neat and quiet the attention is good, the variety of food is excellent, the rooms are enlarged and their bathrooms also have show every night and are varied, the drinks are also varied for the people who take and for the I said no. They Have free shuttle to go to Decameron Panaca.

Beautiful facilities, excellent service and food delicious and varied. Highly recommended for family sharing. From the reception to the restaurants, the workers serve you with the best attitude and smile. They are extremely friendly and sweet and seek to help you in what they can. The hotel is 4.4 km from the Panaca theme park and has buses that leave every hour for the place. If you are visiting it, you can have lunch at the Decameron hotel located next to the park. That if, it is very important that you book in the Morning in the restaurant (they have few quotas).

The rooms are spacious with their coffee area style others are like cabins with terraces and good furnishings. The vegetation of the place is pretty helping to a total relaxation. The service is very good and the food is delicious there to choose from.
The visit to the park of the coffee is indispensable, the mounted in the spectacular cable car by the landscape!
There you can dress as a peasant (or) and you take the photo of the memory. There is a lot to visit and see the show of the typical Colombian dances that is spectacular!

Excellent hotel. One of the best in the region. It has good facilities, a variety of services, good shows, excellent buffet and great attention from its staff. The only major upgrade option is the pool which makes me a little small for the size and dimensions of the hotel, but everything else I found extremely good. A very satisfying experience was the one I could enjoy at this hotel.

It is a wonderful place. Now being the property of Decameron is an amazing experience. The food is delicious, the attention is exceptional.

The hotel is built like a traditional coffee farm. The place is beautiful. Depending on the season the temperature is usually a bit cold, but not too much. The rooms don't have A/C but the nights are really cool so it isn't an issue. You are surrounded by nature, the cicadas sing all day long. The food is OK and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I had with the hotel is that, travelling with my infant, I have to lug the stroller around everywhere. This hotel is definitely NOT stroller/wheelchair friendly. The roads are paved with rustic cobblestone which looks beautiful but rolling something over that surface is really trying. All the attractions are nearby, as well as quaint towns and lots of handicrafts. I recommend you go to Panaca and the Parque Nacional del Café. The one thing I found unforgivable from the hotel is the quality of the coffee… Or lack thereof. In the midst of Colombia's coffee growing region having bad coffee is a sin.

The hotel is a beautiful farm colonial, and the employees are very good people, workers, dear, and always willing to meet and collaborate. The Hotel has two major problems: the administration/reception, since the information of different things and services of the hotel is not easy to get; the second and larger problem is that the hotel is NOT equipped for people with mobility problems or in wheelchair. The few ramps are poorly designed and are constantly blocked. There are many areas of the hotel that cannot be had access by people in wheelchairs, starting from the reception, thanks to the cobblestone that covers the whole hotel. A beautiful place with a wonderful people but if you or someone in your group is of the 3rd age or have mobility problems this is not a good hotel for you.

Amazing, there work about 2 years, voo that the hotel is very well taken care of I hope to keep it that way and that the blessing of the powerful follow cycling and every day they sell more as in times past. It was nice to see the hotel filled with both guests and at events. Hits atte,
