A very nice place, taste and excellent care. A great place to stay, events and celebrations. The location is also very good, near the best sites of the city.

I stayed at this hotel because I attended a course right there. The rooms are excellent just like the lounges for events, however I had many problems with my food being vegetarian, I had to stay up all the time than I was served, the vegetarian options had very small portions and No net source of protein. Additionally, my colleagues who if they eat meat did not enjoy the fact that every day the menu contained beef, they did not use chicken, fish or pork.

This is a very good place to rest and recover energies in the city of Bucaramanga. This hotel has a very nice bar at the rooftop of the building. If you visit Bucaramanga, anda plan to rest in a centric place, you must have to book an appartement at this place. At the rooftop you can order from a beer to a cocktail. Recommended!

The services are really a 5 star hotel. The room and the bathroom are impeccable, the bed is very comfortable and from the room you have a beautiful view of the city. The rest was total as no outside sound was filtered to the room.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
On the top floor is located the pool and the bar with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, within the Cacique shopping centre and with easy access to the attractions of the Bucaramanga metropolitan area.
In the lobby they always provide tourist information and recommendations on what to do and visit.

We love this hotel. The staff is always helpful. Everyone plays an important rol in the hospitality and service in the place, starting for the doorman in the parking lot at the entrance of the elevator. The cleaning ladies are great, receptionists, team in charge of the breakfast buffet… well there are just nice things to say! Good rates, variety of food in the breakfast, free parking, free Wi-Fi and strong signal all over the building, great facilities and in good shape. Nice city view from the rooms or the restaurant. We'll always return to stay here. Like this year and we hope to come back in a year or two and find a great service.

Very well located hotel. Easy access to the shopping centre El Cacique. They gesture has a nice pool on the 18th floor with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet is very rich.
