Good place for rest, excellent local food and nice people, all ingredients to get a cultural experience from Colombia's history.

The bathroom was little awkward, and I was charged with 60, 000 pesos cause a friend came to visit me during afternoon, just go somewhere else cause administration is dreadful.

Little seriousness, we had reserved a room and when we arrived we were told that they were of work and they took us to another hotel, according to them an extension of the Herreria, called the arcade, but that it seemed to us of lower category, not what we had hired.

Beautiful place, its name describes all that it is, a beautiful colonial infrastructure, and it complements its good service and the comfortable rooms.

The staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean beds. Very nice rooms. Very good.

It Has good rooms, it's colonial, it's a cozy place and there they sell lunches that are delicious, the restaurant is called a Hundred Cilantro.

Excellent location very friendly staff our room was spacious the bathroom was a bit awkward having to go down three steps that have carpet that is a bit old and dirty also they freshly painted the washroom so it had a very strong paint odor that was a bit disturbing otherwise we had a good stay the breakfast was fantastic.

It is a small hotel in the center of Popayan. Well located one block from the bridge of the Humilladero and all the attractions of the city. It includes very good breakfast, complete and well prepared. The price is modest and offers very good benefit for a simple and safe accommodation. Nearby you will find very good places for lunch and dinner.

Terrible management. The rooms were moldy with no hot water. Maids went through my luggage and stole 100, 000 pesos.

We loved the hotel! We went there for new year's eve and actually planned nothing. Eventually the hotel offered us champagne, grapes for the midnight toast. We celebrated with the staff and the other guests. Very nice! Room was big and clean. Location is quite and at walking distance from the center of the city. Breakfast was good, coffee amazing as usual in Colombia.

Historic building near main plaza with basic amenities. Rooms are small yet furnished with small desk, flat screen TV and wardrobe. Bed was firm and outfitted with Spartan thread count sheets. Bathrooms are small with electric showers. Staff are courteous and sell snacks and beverages. Small restaurant in the main lobby is not staffed daily. Very heavy Catholic decor and almost a grandmother's house vibe. Not a party hostel in any sense. Good quiet place to take in local sights.

Comfortable, quiet, located in a zone spectacular of Popayán, economic and has with parking a few meters. It has some excellent, especially the Tower rooms! Ask for it.
