Hostal Encuentro Hostel

Very nice place, traditional and with a touch of home… super recommended.

I spent 4 nights in this place, from the beginning their staff made me feel at home giving me recommendations for the area and relating to other guests.
Breakfast is different every day, and is always accompanied by fruit. The location is excellent, to anyone who visits Cali I recommend the San Antonio sector, and this hostel is close to important places of interest and roads of the city.

Good location and pleasant staff. Clean surroundings. Great breakfast and service. Like a three or 4 star hotel. Señor Adolfo is the best of the best. A big brother or dad always with a kind word and guiding hand.

Adolfo is the best host ever! Go there it feels like home.

Best hostal in Cali, the owner is so cool and people over there are really gentle. Even if you're traveling alone you can make friends over there. The breakfast is included and if you want to buy beer or cigarette they have for sell. It is located in a safe neighborhood and if you don't know what to do in the city, there is flyers for ideas of activities, restaurants etc.

Best hostel and staff in Cali! And best balcony with views.

From the day Mr. Adolfo and his family took me in to the Hostal, they treated me like their own. They are extremely helpful in hard times, and understand people´s situations and problems and will do anything they can to try and get them resolved. This Hostal is also one of the best places meet new people, to stay while traveling and/or visiting. I am 100% grateful and satisfied with their service, and I will visit them once I get a chance again. Thank you Mr. Adolfo, Mrs. Aur…ora, Alejandro, and Lissandro, you guys are Amazing! Desde el día en que llegue al hostal, el Sr. Adolfo y su familia me trataron como si fuera parte de la familia. Son extremadamente ayudantes en tiempos difíciles, y entienden las situaciones y problemas de las personas y harán todo lo posible para intentar resolverlos. Este Hostal es también uno de los mejores lugares para conocer a gente nueva, para quedarse mientras viajas o visita. This place is incredible.
Everything is new and clean, decorated in a beautiful way, great facilities, terrace, etc. BUT the best is the owner Adolfo who is very lovely and caring with every guest, everyone working there who makes sure you're having a good time and therefore a wonderful spirit and lots of good vibes between the people staying there.
Only stayed one night but I'd immediately return if I was back in Cali. This place feels like visiting friends and incredibly homely.

It's a pretty nice place, the owners make you feel pretty good and like at home… They also manage to get guests to interact with each other… I really liked staying there.

A fun space to spend a night. Colorful. With good service… Many foreigners arrive.
