Very nice! They have air conditioning, ideal for a good rest after the heated days of Cartagena. Also hot water for showering. The breakfast was good. Comfortable rooms with minibar, Tv.

I stayed 2 weeks ago in this hotel and the truth Q the location is excellent, the friendliness of the reception staff loved it, they help you in whatever you need without any problem, the room very comfortable and clean! No doubt I recommend.

I had booked a room in a hotel that I didn’t feel comfortable in at all, so I found this hotel close by. From the outside it looks very nice and modern, and the rooms look just as great. The owner, Jose, was very understanding of my situation and allowed me to check in early. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, a fan, and a private bathroom which was nice and clean. The breakfast is included and was really good — coffee, juice, fruit, eggs, and toast. The location is perfect — within the historic city center but on a quiet street. Jose and his partner were always available at the front desk and keep the front lobby door locked which made us feel safe. The price was reasonable as well. Overall a great experience and I would definitely book here again.

Worst service ever. We booked the room in january, arrived today and didn’t have the delicacy to call and tell us that the hotel has an electric damage and we must be reallocated. IT IS THE SECOND TIME it happens… last year we had the same problem and we had to ask for a refund and try to find another hotel.

The room was in very bad condition. The bathroom was flooded, there was no ventilation so the humidity was tremendous, the bed was less than 1, 50, the towels were small and they had holes and in some cases dirty.
The service Malisimo: The people were the reception were unable to solve a problem with the hot water, we had to help them with the Datafono at the time of paying, in the evening it took centuries to open, the breakfast took about 1 hour or more to serve, the tables on the terrace were full of ants that we had to remove ourselves.
The breakfast has nothing typical Cartagena and the portions are super small.
I can continue with more details but I think I have already given enough material to conclude that it is a hotel in which the price is not at all in accordance with what one is. I think there are hostels in Cartagena that have better service and facilities.

Excellent attention. Everything offered works great. Exceptional location to explore the walled city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Regular breakfast. They offer you only some options (almost all of egg with some other ingredient). The Wi-Fi does not reach the room. At reception they cater very well and help in everything. The hotel has 2 bicycles to lend you. It is consistent in price-quality ratio.

I loved the room, the terraces, the pool, the breakfast, the bikes, everything everything everything I loved, but I fell in love with this hotel is the customer service so amazing that they have. I congratulate you and I urge you to shut eye.

Quaint and central hotel but with some flaw in the maintenance. Helpful and friendly staff and ready to solve some problems. Citybike service. Wi-Fi only in the common area of the ground floor. Value for money.

If I could give you zero stars I would. Everything, especially the attention. The first night we were in a double room. Normal. The bed was 1.40 cm, WS say small. We went to the islands and back we asked for one more night. They gave us a piecita that was a deposit or service room, small and poorly finished, did not even have in the bathroom where to put the brushes and toothpaste. As a gold brooch, came a storm and filled the room with water with our stuff there! They didn't even give us an apology, let alone offer compensation. I would never recommend anyone this place.

Be warned this hotel is very different from the pictures and you get nothing that is promised, no Wi-Fi in our room way overpriced and breakfast was a joke charged extra for 1 piece of chorizo added to a micro omelette and that is your "free breakfast" Do Not Stay Here.

Great place if you are looking for a simple room to lay your head and be close to everything. Great host and a nice free breakfast. For the price it’s a gem. Loved the stay.

For the price and location your couldn't find a better place, but the best thing Is the working group, open mind and always able to give you a hand.

We booked a room for one night in this hotel as we had to go the next day in the Hotel de Majagua located on the island of Rosario.
In short, the room we were given was in front of the reception.
On the other hand the bathroom was not finished, the finished paint missed at the level of the niches likely to receive the necessary to wash, niche very little accessible from elsewhere, because nothing was intended to deposit anything else.
Water leaks came from the shower flow, as the shower threshold was poorly laid.
It is a hotel located in the old Cartagena which the doors of the rooms are old covered by a new painting whose central part is glazed, masked by a vague curtain not obscuring, which is doubled to make as if… In short we mock a little the customer.
For the rest, the bar is always closed, I have not judged benefits, only interesting point the pool and the small lounge covered with its sofas.

You have to warn against the misleading descriptions of this hotel. The booked Superior Room had no window, was opposite the reception, which was occupied all night without blackout or acoustic shielding, with a windowless bath without deduction and a non-functioning TV set, no Hair dryer in the room and no usable bath accessories. We were not able to cancel free of charge although the room description of the booking confirmation indicated a very different description of the room facilities. What should be at this hotel boutique is obscure. The breakfast is not available in the room with defective air conditioning, because you can only choose one egg dish and everything else would have to pay in addition. This is petty peas counting and does not have to do with a hotel of this class.

We spent three days in Cartagena and it was an absolute success to stay at the Casa Bohemia Hotel. We left there with the feeling of having been at home. We recommend 100%

Don't book at this hotel, it's a fake! Cheater hotel owner. We booked a 'Superior' room which was supposed to be 30 sqm big. We were given a much smaller one, about half that size, with a decadent and tiny bathroom under the hotel's stairs (please see my pictures and compare to those advertised by the hotel). We complained nicely at the hotel reception, which day by day told us 'we are trying to find a solution' and of course nothing happened. The hotel refused to even make a partial refund. They have also lied to our booking agent saying that they had offered us alternatives during our stay. In addition, there are advertised pictures of the common areas (like the galery with a swimming pool) which in reality were not accesible at all. Only when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we could use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel, climbing 3 floors of stairs. Deplorable experience which gave a sad flavour to our holidays. Please avoid to be cheated!

Very good location for exploring the historic centre and close to restaurants highly recommended. Excellent breakfast. Small pool to cool off from the heat that tends to overwhelm about noon.
