Very good location Near clock tower and Plaza de la Paz and historic center. The breakfast was very good. They guide you if you want to do any excursions.

The hotel could be a 4 because the customer's attention and cleanliness are good. Unfortunately the structure, the furniture, the style are a bit old. Room spacious but old-fashioned, still well cleaned. The windows and doors are cardboard, so if you're pro street you'll hear all the noises. Our bathroom, windowless, was airless. The buffet at breakfast was very filling but you have to arrive early because then you don't find everything. The location is great as you are between the center and the getsemani.

Despite being a basic and old hotel it is very clean and comfortable with a very good benefit price, all the people who work there are very attentive.

I loved this hotel, its people are warm and always predisposed. Colonial-style, large and comfortable rooms. No hot water in the bathroom but with the heat Q does it is not so necessary… Excellent location.

I am staying here now, but Google maps has it in the wrong location. The physical location is as the address suggests 31-72 cra9 right across from Parque Centenario roughly two blocks south of where Google maps has it, not up by Calle 35. Great breakfast and tidy rooms. Sorry out the location issue Google!

The hotel is very good, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice and the staff are very helpful and the breakfast is good. The cleanliness of the place is excellent, there is always a spare towel in the rooms.

Good price/quality, very cheap and good service. 2 blocks from the walled city and a few meters from the most beautiful area of Getsemani, where you will find many restaurants. Safe place for tourists.

The entire hotel does not have hot water installation! No minibar in the room, has a single plug in all the Hab, have no trunk, or pack and unpack on the floor.
I rescue a lot of the good human attention of all the staff! Despite its flaws in infrastructure they put you to your stay!

Close to everything basic hotel very nice breakfast. I would stay again but a little loud outside the hotel. No hot water but it's 98 degrees everyday.

Swelteringly hot with broken AC in the room and no fan. The foot of the queen bed was 4 inches higher than the head. Awful plastic covered mattresses with cheap sheets sheets. Thankfully I only had to spend one night here. The staff is friendly. Did not stay for breakfast.

Nice service from the staff. The only thing to note is that the hotel does not have hot water for body hygiene. What is sometimes annoying for the Q tends to relax the body with a hot shower.
