Nos recibieron con una mala actitud el dia que llegamos, si traes muchas maletas te toca subirlas por varias escaleras, los pasillos por ls habitaciones algunos huelen a cigarrillo, las habitaciones son algo incomodas, los baños son viejitos y feos, entre las baldosas hay mugre (tal vez moho). Los armarios de ropa son de madera viejos, el televisor es anticuado y chirreaba como si se fuera a quemar, la puerta de la habitación es de madera vieja reforzada con algo metálico en la chapa, pero fácilmente por debajo se podía doblar! La piscina es sucia, no le hacen suficiente mantenimiento. El Wi-Fi solo funciona bien en la habitaciones cercanas a la recepción, en el 3er piso conecta pero es relento y se desconecta con facilidad. Las toallas se veian con unas manchas. Lo unico para rescatar: la cama era cómoda y se veía que las sábanas estaban limpias. No recomiendo para nada este hotel, que pesar porque tiene una buena ubicación en Bocagrande. Nunca volveré y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
