Excellent location, close to restaurants, malls and bars. It is very easy to take a taxi to move around the city. Service in the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean, very good, very silent.

We had a wonderful room with a wonderful view of the city and mountains.

Love love love this hotel. I have stayed here for weeks at the time for work and the staff was always super friendly, the bicisenda such a great spot, and they lended me bicycles.

A truly excellent boutique hotel in a wonderful location in El Chicó. The rooms here are spacious and well maintained, and are very quiet, which is a rarity in a big city like Bogotá.

The bottle of water from room fridge cost 11 000, the same price like in airport. The breakfast is good and location is perfect for chilling time.

Very nice clean hotel for the price. Is in a great area with lots of wonderful food spots. Easy to get an Uber or Didi ride to other zones.

Excellent hotel, got upgraded to the one bedroom when I arrived and everything was amazing. The staff was amazing and the room was extremely spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is wonderful, but most memorable is the service. Every member of the staff is on their game. They are attentive, observant, thoughtful, and fast.

The entire structure is very beautiful. All services are very fine and well maintened. It was a pleasure to stay here for 13 days.

Room was ok, no mini bar, no tea/coffee making, no fridge, no extra pillows or blankets, no in-room AC or heating.

Rooms were very clean, breakfast had a lot of choices and all the employees were very nice and caring.

Rooms are clean, service is great. Food is fantastic, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff especially Diego at the bar are amazing! The beds are very very hard.

This was my second stay at this BW hotel — 9 days this time, after a 15-day stay two years ago. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience.

We staying in the B. O. G. Hotel as part of a vacation package through Colombia. We loved this hotel. It was quiet in a nice part of Bogota.

The room, its amenities (e. G. Turkish bath, massage, etc) and, specially, the breakfast are to die for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for the money paid the room was quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was very healthy. The location is very walkable.

I stayed here for a week in January and had a fantastic time. It’s a very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby with a bar and restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are ok, probably need a little updating. The windows are single pane which means they don't hold the heat.

Good location and very safe. Staff was friendly.
Only comment would be the service at the restaurant was a tad slow.
