Great evening, great service, romance in the air.

I have traveled around the world and this is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the front desk to the housekeeping services. This hotel prides itself in attention to details. I was missing my laundry, only to find that housekeeping hung it up in the closet. The wait staff made my trip, if you don't visit the restaurant, you are truly missing out. Big shout out to Santiago! He made our trip! Thank you again!

Amazing architecture and great staff service.

Service is impeccable. Rooms are large and comfortable. Restuarant is awesome, must try the octopus. Breakfast fruit is plentiful.

Great place, beautiful piece of architecture but there is one thing that makes this Four Seasons better than any other in the world, the customer service of Colombian people is capable to exceed anybody’s expectations.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Four Seasons Medina Hotel! The beautiful antique ambiance of a restored Hacienda lovely decorated accordingly. Friendly service and very courteous. I would highly recomend for anyone going to Bogota. They make sure you travel safely while getting to know their beautiful city.

Stepping back in time, this special place makes you think about the Bogota of old. The wood paneling and leather, beautiful art and lighting — they have retained the Old World charm! I loved this hotel! The property is gorgeous and great for a romantic weekend away or a girls weekend! The restaurant food is amazing as was the breakfast! The room was impeccable and so big! Staff very helpful as well and nice! I will for sure come back to this hotel! It’s pure luxury!

Gorgeous hotel located in the historic Casa Medina. The service is what you’d expect from a Four Seasons property — outstanding. We upgraded to a suite. It was worth the spend. Huge room with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, huge flat screen TV’s, and so much more. When returning to Bogota this will be our choice.

Fantastic hotel if staying in this area. The rooms are wonderful but be warned that they do not have air conditioning (at least mine didn't) so on a hot day the rooms can get quite stifling. Non existent views (my room faced an auto shop) but that's most of the hotels in the area. The restaurant is top notch, but expensive. Seek food outside the hotel if possible to save a lot of money. All the wait staff is helpful and friendly, and can communicate well in English.

A wonderful short stay here. Overall service is great. I specially like the interior design. Not super luxury (unnecessary), but very cosy, classic and detail. The restaurant is beautifully filled with sunlight and comfy.

Very good hotel. Not the most adequate hotel for staying in Bogotá for business but otherwise impeccable rooms, meals and services. Check-in and check-out could be faster (probably this is due to the hotel not being typically used by business and more for the luxury leisure traveler).

Tried the spa 4 times. Never connected. Prices not advertised and actually impossible to make a reservation… Four Seasons should at the very least have better phone service.

Fabulous. Especially Lina who moved us to a quieter room. Quite the upgrade 5th floor 1 bedroom. Ask for room 520!

While the property has a perfect location, the service is lacking. In addition, my room is a sauna. Staff excuses such serious inconvenience by saying the property is a historical site and that fans should make it better. Terrible! I am here for business, it is night 3, and can't sleep again because the fans are loud and the room scorching hot. Awful! I've asked for re-accommodation, but despite an empty hotel, I wasn't offered an acceptable solution. Don't stay here.

This place is beautiful we stayed for 7 days and enjoyed the friendly staff who were always smiling and eager to please. It has great food / drinks with a relaxing atmosphere. It's surrounded by restaurants in a very safe area (zone G). The spa was amazing, I went more that once. The therapist was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. Housekeeping & Room Service were great I enjoyed the daily amenity.

Charming hotel in Zona G. Spent three nights here and while we had a beautiful room our stay was very restless. The hotel is on a very busy street located at an intersection. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so if you want any air circulation you must keep your window open, however, the noise is unbelievable with trucks, motorcycles and the like just outside the second story window. I got very little sleep. In fairness, I didn't ask to move (thinking I'd just get use to it), so just be sure when you check in you aren't facing the street. Housekeeping was poor. Bed never quite made up, with the comforter piled on the couch the whole visit. Requests for coffee/cups were ignored (even though we left a note — which was taken, so I'm assuming it was also read). One evening I asked the front desk if they had a foam pillow as I don't sleep well on feather pillows, the response was "we'll look for one" and then I never heard from anyone again. I don't think that's an odd request even for lower end hotels. At 830 in the morning with the Do Not Disturb sign out housekeeping came knocking on the door to clean and when I didn't get to the door fast enough, she just let herself in. The good — bar and restaurant staff were great and we enjoyed the atmosphere and drink selections. Room was beautiful, bed extremely comfortable and the bowl of local fruits in our room was a great touch when we arrived.
