Excellent the whole hotel altogether, both people, facilities and service. The place where it is located is a bit regular but half a block away is a tunnel that leads to a public transport station and also allows to pass until 10, so it is not a big problem. They have hot water, good Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast service, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, always clean them, the bathroom is clean and nice.

Very good service, friendly staff, great breakfast, good reach of Wi-Fi, hot water and the rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. They have a nice terrace. The only thing I do not like is the location, it is not advisable to walk around after 6pm. Always ask the taxi to drop you off at the hotel door. Otherwise it is a very good hotel. We stayed with family from the 12th to the 17th of April. Recommended.

Excellent place to rest while doing your business in the city of Bogota and is part of a Colombian hotel chain and has more hotels in Colombia.

Excellent view from the room, very friendly attention at the reception, perhaps the security of the surroundings is not the best, but my stay was very pleasurable.

Very bad attitude of the Janitor MONROY 1… The treatment is not friendly is rather blunt and rigorous… not find a friend but a dictator (this is so and there is no claim) 2… After you register and passed the card you leave with a regulation (with logic and illogical things) Q UE If you do not agree with what they say, you're screwed because you already paid 3… make you pay a separate insurance… not to pay them are not responsible for absolutely nothing 4… The piece that we touched is flooded the receptacle of the shower (not running the water) a real pigsty we asked to dry it and said that they did not have staff… (at the end they cleaned it and passed us some belongings that after detail) 5… While each has to bring your device to plug your device l (call cell. I stayed on July 2015 on a family trip to get to know the beautiful Colombian capital, I had my doubts however the recommendations of other trips motivated me to choose the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although we had a reservation for a matrimonial when we were 2 adults and a minor, fortunately my husband had all the mails of the reservation printed and to see them, they strove to give us The room we had confirmed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with little variety during the 5 nights we stayed but it was OK and that yes the staff were very friendly and attentive. The maid service A-1 the waitress who touched us a lovely lady who did not remember her name, advised us against any concerns. The location is strategic close to the historic center, and very close to the famous TransMilenio station but after 6pm it is advisable not to walk around, we had an assault by walking back at 8pm from the TransMilenio station to Hotel (They were a couple of blocks) but good with the experience you learn, it is worth mentioning that there are too many homeless people in the streets even in the main square of Bogotá.
Returning to the Hotel, its service and attention to the guest is quite nice, the rooms very comfortable, its terrace is nice, when we stayed we were able to go up to know and photograph but it was noticeable that they did not use it and lacked cleanliness.

I give 2 stars that its facilities are good however its srvicio is very closed and difficult, it seems qie you are haviendo a favor as if they tebestuvieran paying you, and one morning did not come out Ahua hot or why I waited quite the truth a very def service Iciente, to go out always ask you which room you are and always treat you as a prisoner and as if you were to steal or as if you were an illegal or something.

The place is very good, the rooms are spacious, well equipped and neat. The price is pretty good and includes breakfast.

The hotel is well located in the international area from where you can walk to the main sites of interest in Bogota. Good prices, the staff is very helpful. From the room we had a large window with an excellent view. Highly recommended.

Somewhat dissatisfied with this hotel. I can't believe they charge you $50.000 to the visitors of the guests. Causes Medicen that is the hotel policy. I say if they will charge for the visitors that many times only enter and leave should have a better service and improve the adecuaviones of the room…

Horrible location (just 2 blocks away from the red light district), but nice and clean rooms. The staff was also friendly. You get a nice view from the rooftop.
