Restaurant tried to double charge me for dinner, I've read a few reports about this happening in this hotel. It's a shame as the hotel staff are very good. The place is very tired inside, needs a coat of paint and some new bed linen. Whoever printed the hotel name and guest name on everything needs to go and work in a print shop rather than a hotel, it's all a bit over the top!

It is an excellent hotel, totally recommended, held an event there and the service is impeccable, you get to feel at home. The food is delicious, you advise and they are always awaiting you. I recommend much to Danilo the maitre and juliana.
