The hotel is kind fancy boutique and it is divine. A lot of attention and care in details of customer service. I recommend it without reservation.

Maybe the coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, great room, great service. And the breakfast was also great. Highly recommended.

Brunch is good without being one of the best in the city, it could be much better and above all the temperature of the dishes, the music is too raucous and does not allow to talk, the good thing to highlight are actually the rib broth and the cocktails based on vodka and the amabili employees.

This is has been hands down one of the worst travel experiences that I have ever had. With only one day in Bogota, we chose to stay at Click Clack due to reputation and recommendation, what a terrible terrible mistake that was. This is a hotel that has never heard of hospitality. When we first landed in Bogota, the car that the hotel arranged to pick us up was not there when we landed. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by an extremely unfriendly front desk staff who informed us that the hotel’s booking system had booked us a second room that we never requested and then insisted that we would need to pay for both rooms. When we flagged the mistake, the staff accused us of lying and informed us that, in addition to paying for both rooms, we would also incur an ADDITIONAL cost that was undisclosed in the reservation. Laura, the terrible woman at the front desk, then proceeded us to mock us in Spanish to her colleagues, knowing we are native English speakers. After three hours of disputing the additional costs (keep in mind that our stay in Botota was only for 24 hours), the staff informed us that our only option was to avoid the additional charges was to cancel our credit card, which is NOT a solution at all. We finally spoke with Carolina from guest services who proceeded to apologize and attempt to make up for the horrible hospitality we were greeted with.

The perfect place to enjoy the columbian nightlife in Bogota. Very good breakfast, nice rooftop bar. Very friendly hotel staff. When you leaf the hotel door, there are several cashpoints near the door. The hotel is in a very safe zone in the north of Bogota near the T — zone with shops and restaurants (please not confuse it with the tolerance zone in Santa Fe near ‚The Candelaria). The park 93 with many restaurants and bars is also nearby the hotel. Nightlife is also only a few footsteps away. No Joiner fee.

The hotel is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Bogota. It has a very nice decoration and staff is helpful. However, rooms are small and cannot fit two persons comfortably. There's also a noise problem, since its rooftop also functions as a bar for non-guests. Overall, I'd say it's not worth its price.

I stayed at the Click Clack because the wedding party was staying there, but I'm sure glad that we did. The modern and trendy design and atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms, even my friends 'small' room, are great sizes that were clean and modern. I think everyone agreed the shower was the best part. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly. And as an American visiting, there were enough staff that were able to accommodate my English only speaking abilities. I did hear from a few people that the rooms on the floor under the rooftop bar, and on the 2nd level can be a little noisy at night. The only thing I would change are the mattresses to be a little more comfortable. If you're in Bogota and looking for a modern, trendy, boutique hotel, in a nice area with nightlife and restaurants nearby, this is your place.

For me one of the most beautiful hotels that Bogota has its decoration its lobby its restaurant all that revolves around the pleasant atmosphere that presents you both inside and outside the rooms the attention of the people is very very nice and the location is perfect if You like the food and the Night party. It is a bit expensive but full recommended.

Pretty nice hotel, the rooms are very small (i think ours was medium size but still small) but the bed is comfortable and the shower is nice. The hidden mini bar is included in the price but there are boxes and bags all over the room that you have to pay for if you open them. Including the bottled water, not a very nice touch. There is also no parking at the hotel and the TV remote is bad, it's almost impossible to change the channels from the bed.

One of the best gastronomic experiences of Bogota in 200gr. Spectacular. I almost took Pancho! Try the pistachio risotto!

Best Hotel in Bogota by far. Every time I visit the city I stay at the click Clack. The staff were very helpful. It has 2 excellent restaurants, one down and the other on the terrace that has bar with music. The rooms are very comfortable. The amazing shower. The design draws attention, modern. Breakfast included is very good, lots of variety and rich.

Cool trendy hotel! Good breakfast, great rooftop bar. Small rooms though. Care for closing the blinds (blackout) as interior can totally be seeing from outside.

Terrible service. The staff was very unfriendly and the rooms were very small for the price we paid. There are hidden costs everywhere with boxes placed around the room at ridiculously high prices. They even charged me for using the hairdryer! On the other hand, the restaurant called 100 grams gives very small plates once again at high prices because the concept is serving ONLY 100 grams of protein. Unbelievable! Very unhappy.

We do not recommend to stay at this hotel. There are a number of reasons: We had booked a Superior Room, but what we got was a 12 SQM room, with a twin bed which is too short, assuming the regular bed size doesn’t fit into this kind of room. We had to move furniture out of the room, as there was not enough space for our luggage. Such room does not earn the category “Superior". Besides that, a “good night” sleep in this hotel was impossible, also because there is a Bar on the Top Floor and their noise can be heard everywhere in this hotel due to poor noise isolations of this building. And the window blinds are of poor quality and don’t darken the room. The hotel is not transparent about their 3 different room categories: Economy, Standard & Superior are all the same size, but different price. Bad luck for those who book & pay “Superior” and end up with “Economy” as it happened to us. Hotel staff is not friendly, they speak poor English, everywhere misunderstandings. Upon checking-in and expressing how unhappy with the room, an assistant supervisor showed up, but she was not of any help. All she said, the hotel is booked out and there is no other room. We asked the least she can do to invite us for a glass of red vine. She flatly declined.

Design. That's what you find. From the building onwards. Well located, with a bar-restaurant, with attention and views of the best. If you like something different, know the Click Clack. Something new, with great service, near the park of the 93.

The hotel is very modern and unique. Amazing beds, staff and service. Rooftop bar is cool too. I would stay again! A+++++

It was an excellent experience for me and my friends, you could spend goods time and eat a lot, or maybe more than you can. You must meet it.

Great location! The breakfast buffet is amazing as well and you have some great variety every morning before making your way around Bogota. The rooms are really small.

Attention: Never prepqy for a room here without seeing the room you will be staying in. They literally give you the smallest room out of any hotel I have rented in Colombia for higher price than other hotels with more amentities. The pictures on webites are deceiving. There is no pool, no gym, no ac (unless you areon a floor 6 or higher which obviously was not an option when booking), expensive room service that is not worth the price. +'s: modern rooms, ipad controls, TV into a wall, brought me a portable ac unit (after complaining enough I was moved from room 301 to 206 which was the same exact size room but it atleast had a balcony with a firepit), good location close to restaurants, provide a bmw car service and a gym off site, breakfast was decent. I will not stay here again unless I have a choice a different rooms.

Fun party hotel! Really well situated. Rooms are small. X-Small. The breakfast at 100grs Restaurant is good. And the roof top Bar plays great music. We loved the decor in general.

Boutique Hotel, where you will find in the basement its restaurant grams, there with tapas base you can enjoy a variety of flavors. In its 10 floor has a bar, "Apache"el which you can start a night of rumba and cocktails, something attractive the hotdog of octopus.

Modern and very cool. I love this place.

I think that they are missing a lot of details, they should have a gym, movie packages, diferent spaces for the guests not just the bar and the restaurant. The cleaning service is very slow. It's ok just for one or two nights.

Truly an incredible boutique hotel. This is on par with my favorites in Amsterdam and Berlin, and is easily the hottest hotel in all of Bogota. Always brownie points for putting clients up @ Click Clack :)

Friends of ours in bogota recommended this hotel and we were not disappointed. It is a beautiful modern hotel in a nice neighborhood. Service is great and the rooftop bar is amazing. Be aware, it can be loud on saturday nights.

Amazing Hotel, with great food, but I think it is ridiculous to charge me $10 (which is about 15% of the price I pay for the room! ) for a broken glass. I stayed 5 nights and spend money in the hotel and the bar — don't charge me for a broken glass the day I leave, it kills the service.

It is my favorite hotel in Bogota. The place itself is a work of art. It is a mix between hotel and art gallery very interesting. It has 2 restaurants and a bar very good. It is a very artistic.

I'm desperate to come back here. The hotel has beautiful views of the mountains of Bogotá, the most delicious/generous breakfast known to man (I'm talking fresh juices, coffees, pancakes, exotic fruits), and impeccably designed rooms. Felt lucky to stay here!

Very cute boutique hotel. The rooms girls, but with everything and beautifully decorated. Minibar included in the room rate. Very good service and excellent location. Super recommended.

Click clack hotel has an excellent restaurant (100 grams), which has one of the best bars it comes to cocktails. On the other hand is located on the terrace of another restaurant bar called the Apache, which highlights their burgers and their atmosphere is rustic.

Great rooftop bar and amazaing resturant in the basement. The hotel leaves a little bit to be desired but the location is perfectly safe and desirable.

Apache bar restaurant on the last floor of the click clack, it's nice and has a great view of the city, but the food and cocktails can improve.

It is a hotel which is inspired by nature and show the diners a new point of view in the hotel industry in colombia. What I liked the most was their restaurant 100gr that much with a modern dining area that combines urban culture with nature also that the dishes they serve are special and that each one tells its own story a good hotel.

Stay away from this dungeon. Wannabe W Hotel that is soulless, totally transactional, and zero customer service.

Outstanding hotel, certainly the most unique of the modern variety that I've stayed in recently. The decór is amazing, I want my home to look like this place. The breakfast is great; the club seems popular; the location is perfect.

Very stylish place to stay at. Can be a bit heavy on the party side towards the end of the week, so maybe not the best for all business professionals. Has a great rooftop bar — but needs to quit allowing smoking as you smell like cigarettes after every visit. Despite my two complaints, awesome place.

Apache, the bar at the last floor is cool. It is very well decorated and has good options for food and drinks. It is better to make reservation. Although it is a rooftop the most part it is closed and it is not cold.

Breakfast excellent, my XS room was small but clean and comfortable. Shower is an experience by itself. I will definitely recommend it.

Excelente ambiente, buena ubicación y la atención es muy buena. La arquitectura del sitio es muy agradable y las habitaciones son cómodas. Definitivamente hay que probar la comida y afortunadamente tienen alternativa vegetariana.

Pros: Stylish double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views Cons: Arrived on time for check in to find our room wasn't ready. Waited an hour in the lobby before being heralded into a room that smelt like vomit. Ugh!. I could still see the stains in the carpet and windows. After another two hours of waiting we were finally ushered into a decent room but had lost 3 hours of our day and all of the afternoons activities. On check out, our bags were returned to us, handles broken and missing. The wife was not impressed. All in all, as far as customer service goes, Colombia's still got a lot to learn.
