The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the cost of the rooms is well paid with the good attention of the staff. Plus this is in a good location with respect to some malls.

It is a hotel that has a misleading advertising, mention free parking, which is fake, the breakfasts do not keep them warm, the toilet, especially in the bathrooms is a bit deficient, beds and pillows are acceptable body comfortable, the atmosphere is nice, and its Strategic location saves him from being in the range of a bad hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
To encourage tourism, the hotel did not charge us VAT for being foreigners and ended up paying less than expected, just to scan our passports and giving them a signature.
We were allowed to check in fairly early, and also check out at 3pm instead of 12 pm.
Breakfast is very rich, but you have to go early because at 10:15am you don't find anything anymore.

Excellent site for a good lodging, its facilities provide a sense of security and confidence allowing to protect valuable objects without worry. As for the reception, would be a point that could improve, as its location confuses the guest, making it think that this does not correspond to the hotel, since it shares the entrance with a kind of restaurant bar but everything else is magnificent.

It Is a small hotel but very well located. The service is very slow and the variety of food in the restaurant should improve, although the breakfast is splendid. The Terrace area with the Jacuzzi is very nice but there are no towels and sometimes it is dark and you have to ask for constant attention. They Must strive a little in the attention to their visitors and the speed of response.

I had a reservation at this hotel on my upcoming trip to Barranquilla, when arrived to Colombia I called the hotel to confirm my arrival and someone answer the phone I was trying to give them my confirmation numbers and they hang up the phone, then called the second time and they insulted me calling SOB, AS''''' they didn't fine time to talk and hanging the phone the second time, I wait a few minutes they must recognize my number and didn't pick up the phone, so I called from a different phone someone else answer the phone I told hi what happened with the other person but I got so upset and disappointed that bit told him to cancel my reservation, they try to give me a night for free but now I the one to tell tmen to shove it up their asses, I am not going not stay at that place after what happened.

The very comfortable bed rest total, delicious lingerie, attentive staff. Recommended site.
