It is a nice generally speaking hotel.
The parking lot is to "Availability", which means that it depends on whether it is not full or busy, so you have to confirm it before you arrive "because you can't move away".
It is suitable for people with mobility limitations.
It has a nice wet area, with good pool and jacuzzi.
It can be for family space or couple space.
We did badly with breakfast, they did not replenish frequently so despite being early many things were finished, we did not heat the arepas and we ordered some eggs that carry them before we stopped at the table (when we were done)

Discrimination, fraud and theft. Take my advice and dont trust this hotel! The room are also without life. No paintings, carpets and flowers. Also very dark room, specially the suites are a bad joke! And the rules in the pool area are the most stupid things I hear in my life. For example If you are a foreign person you have to buy a thing for your head, also money dissaphere from my room at flor 4 and also my friends room at floor 5 during our stay here.

Very comfortable and nice Hotel. Well located with beautiful view of the city. The people of Medellin are very nice and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee served is very rich, there are options of Arepas prepared in the instant. Pool clean and very nice. The food served to the room is very rich too.

The Place is very nice, pleasant, clean and attentive. I Had drawbacks with the door lock, as when I came back in the evenings the door was open, they solved the damage on the 2nd day and did nothing to compensate my annoyance.
Breakfast was The same every day, Buffett type.

It is a good site, with a very good location to visit the best of the city. The high floors are very quiet and the attention very good. Recommended.

Beautiful hotel with polite and accommodating staff and the location is great. This was my first trip to South America and I’m very happy to have felt so comfortable for the ten days I stayed. Good — location. Bad — Maintenance, furniture quality, staff doesn’t speak English except front desk. Doors of the cupboards are loose, knobs are twisted, room was dirty in places, concrete on the floor edges exposed.

This place is a polished turd. I stayed here looking moderate comfort and found myself in the strictest regulation just south of Cuba. Hair caps for the swimming pool, drinking liquids of any kind only in a the designated hotel restaurant, low grade customer service. For substantial savings you can air bnb a penthouse, for better service there’s a Marriott down the road.

The hotel is located close to a couple of shopping malls, in a very quiet and clean area. All the staff, from the exit, to the reception, and to the restaurant service, is very kind, caring and will make you feel at home. I spent five nights and I always enjoyed the restaurant for dinner: great dishes, well served and at fair prices. Breakfast is buffet style, with a wide choice of sweet and salty. Recommended.

Nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Located in El poblado close to a shopping centre and lots of restaurants. Good for all travellers including families. Great value for money.

The hotel is very nice and looks to be luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant does not have the level of the NH chain or the royal name, the food is very bad, very expensive and the breakfasts lack level. Very few waiters and no supply.

Good site, met years day that I host and had me a fruit basket as a present.
